Metropolün tüm çalışanlarından özellikle Ayşen hanım,Furkan ve hilalden çok teşekkür ederim. Hiç ağrı hissettirmediler çok profesyonel bir ekipdi. Ela hanımda kliniğini yıldızdır gerçekten. Güler yüzlü ve sürekli yanımda oldu. Operasyondan önce ve sonrasında herşeyi açıkladı detailca bana anlattı,ela dan çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Очень доволен остался операцией. Кадра очень хорошая и позитивная . Айген заним и Фуркан и Хилал занимаются и помощник очень внимательно и профессионально вели операцию . Звезда клиники это Элла занимает которая своим позитивом и добротой вела организационную работу . Очень хорошо сопровождала до и после операции и доходчиво объяснила способ применения лекарство и шестимесячные сети . Спасибо всем особенно Элла храним .

Sonsuza kadar güvenebileceğiniz bir saç ekim merkezi. Saç ekimi olmadan ve olduktan sonrasına kadar üzerinizden ellerini asla çekmiyorlar işlerini gerçekten çok iyi ve dürüst bir şekilde takip ediyorlar ama ayrı olarak teşekkür edebileceğim birisi var o da Elif hanım. Die Klinik war super die Leute waren sehr nett, der ganze prozess der HT war fast ohne schmerzen. Die nette und beste Konsultatin Frau. Ayse war super freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit alles.

Profesyonel iş disiplini ve kalitesi ile yüksek hassasiyetli iş çıkarttılar. 4650 greft Ekim başarılı ağrısız ve sorunsuz bir şekilde uygulandı , ilgi alaka ve misafirperverlikleri gerçekten arkadaş ortamında gibi hissettiriyor ve zaman çok çabuk geçiyor,
Temiz ve hassas çalışıyorlar, bunlara ilave olarak
Elif hanımın duyarlılığı olağan üstü ilgisi paha biçilemez, 7/24 iş prensibini kendisine esas almış, açıklayıcı ve net anlatımı ile sorunları ortadan çok çabuk kaldırıyor, size bir defa danışmanlık yapıyor ise artık sizin için herşey çok kolay demektir. Mi experiencia fue de 10, el trato, la estancia la operación el post operatorio. Indoloro y ahora con el pelazo que tengo estoy super feliz, le recomiendo a todo el mundo esta clinica.

Sehr gute Begleitung seit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme. Alles verlief reibungslos was Terminvereinbarung, Transfer vom Flughafen, Hotel und der gesamten Betreuung. Alle fragen wurden im Vorfeld geklärt. Heute bin ich ersten Tag nach der OP. Betreuung weiterhin hervorragend. Werde auch zurück zum Flughafen gebracht. Ergebnis sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus. Hoffentlich bleibt das so in 6 Monaten; aber das zeigt nun die Zeit. Kann echt empfehlen. Einzige kleine Kritik/Verbesserungswunsch wäre, das auch während OP mehr Kommunikation und Erklärung, vor allem in der ersten Phase der OP (wo man recht verunsichert ist) geben könnte. Aber alles in allen sehr empfehlenswerte Klinik.

First of all a shout out👍 to yusuf (communication), Ella (translation and personal assistant) and Hilal (nurse who was one of the great people who picked my brain all day 😂) . Yusuf for making a clear and correct communication during the whole process. Thank you Ella for your kind words and very good Englisch. And Hilal (aka yellow socks) 😁 Thank you for wearing these cute and funny socks so I had something to focus on during the operation. And ofcourse for the good work. And now the second part of this post for the new customers. I am making this review 1 day after operation and wil update my reviews every month for 1 year. If you want more info about my experience just conatct me. and now without further waiting. .... the building outside looks a bit old but once you come inside it looks very stylish and clean. They make a good effort for making a Proffessional hair transplant. Everything went wel and somehow it felt comforting for woman to do the operation because you feel that they are very detailed and soft in touch. Overal good experience and I would definitely advise you there klinik. But..... and it makes me sad to have to say this. For service and effort they surely deserve 5 stars but sadly its like all my 4 other trips to Turkey somehow the people in this culture always find a way to charge you more money then agreed upon. They charged an extra massive 200 euro.. yes you read this right.. 200 euro for paying with card instead of cash. I didn't want to start my day with problems. Because paying is the first thing you do when you enter the building for your treatment. So I just payed the extra money and started my day. I let them make video, pictures even a fun tik tok movie from all my private moments there. And stil they stik to there story that it's a bank transfer fee 😂. And now the morel of the story. Yes its a good company but don't expect honest business like I have in my country (Belgium)
I hope this review gives new customers an insight of these wonderful people and good company (Turkish standars).

I had a very long decision-making process for hair transplantation until I received a reference from my circle of friends from the Meropolmed family, who had received this service before and achieved very good results. I was satisfied with the results my friends received after the hair transplantation and I decided to have a hair transplantation on March 27, 2023. Friends who are going to have a hair transplant should not be afraid, it is a health institution with high sensitivity and interest in human health with the quality of service offered, I was very pleased and this was important for me. My 6-month process is over and I am one of those who say I am glad I had a hair transplant. What I liked most was having my hair with a natural appearance and natural structure in 6 months. That's why I would like to thank the entire Metromed family, especially Ms. Melike and Ms. Emel, for their efforts and interest in this process.

Goede service en het resultaat is fantastisch. Goede voorbereiding en alles bij de kliniek was netjes en schoon. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en goede nazorg.

Very good care from start to finish. I had nothing to do they took care of ever. Only one star minus because the extras are quite expensive. And the filler was one price no matter how much hyalauron. But the operation was fast and good care and fast healing… excellent

Хочу поделится своим отзывом ! Мне эту клинику посоветовал мой друг , который успешно прошел пересадку волос на голове . А вот мне нужны были красивые , густые бровки ! И вот я уже в Стамбуле , счастливая их обладательница . Меня встретили очень тепло , сервис на высшем уровне , все организовано, трансфер, гостиница, переводчик , менеджер ) врачи очень внимательные . Спасибо этой клинике ❤️
