Package protection is a good idea. One screen I bought was slightly bent but still usable however having the option to use package protection provides ease of mind.

The screens shipped were professionally wrapped and showed up with no damage to the product. The delivery agent beat the box up but the screens survived!

Packaged very securely. It took me longer to unpackage the screens than to install them! So my screens were very well protected. No shipping damage.

Box looked ok, but there was a minor dent in the door. Metro is working to get this corrected.

Was glad that I bought it, but now that I see that the screen is shipped disassembled, I probably will not buy the protection again.
