Great customer service
My website needed updating but also an upgrade to the operating system.
A quick phone call later and my queries were answered, I was informed that that it could take a couple of weeks to upgrade due to work load at the time.
48 hours later all done.
A great service.

I have had my account with mettrr for a few years. I hired an SEO Who convinced me to try another website and it was the worst decision ever. I went right back to mettrr and that's where I'm going to stay. Always excellent customer service. My website gets lots of traffic!

Very efficient and extremely helpful representative. Nice to be able to talk to someone in the UK. Seemed to know everything and was able to answer all my questions. Fingers crossed, the changes will make a difference to the traffic to my website.
