I had a wonderful experience at Mevsim Clinic. Every detail was taken into consideration to make me feel comfortable and confident. The entire staff were very welcoming, compassionate and kept me informed every step of the way. Enes is OURSTANDING as a manager and coordinator. He is extremely professional, patient, kind and goes above and beyond to make everything stress free. His coordinator Yagmur is also a GEM. She always greets you with a smile, has the patients of a saint and as Enes...goes above and beyond.
I would like to thank the entire staff for providing me with an amazing smile. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and kind from the time I landed in Istanbul to the time I returned home. I HIGHLY recommend Mevsim.

Je voudrais faire partager un retour d'expérience au sujet de la clinique dentaire Mevsimdis, suite aux soins pratiqués. Il est légitime d'avoir de l'appréhension surtout lorsque l'expansion du tourisme dentaire fleurie à Istanbul.C'est la raison pour laquelle je souhaite apporter ma contribution.Tout d'abord, je souhaite parler de la logistique, des premiers échanges jusqu'à votre arrivée. Les explications claires du déroulé de la prise en charge (transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, planning des soins, etc.). La ponctualité du chauffeur qui vient vous récupérer pour vous emmener à la clinique est appréciable. Et la partie soins, le personnel d'une écoute attentive, bienveillant et bien sûr très professionnel. Je souhaiterais tous les remercier pour l'accompagnement et leur patience. Plus particulièrement le docteur Büşra Türkaydin qui m'a prodiguée les soins. Mais toute cette organisation et cette logistique n'aurait pas pu avoir lieu sans l'élément clé de la clinique Madame Suraya, qui est le pivot entre les médecins et nous, qui explique et rappelle aux patients les soins à pratiquer après. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe : chauffeur, médecin, radiologue, assistant, le personnel de l'accueil, attachée commerciale, j' ai sûrement oublié de citer des personnes, mais elles sont tout autant remercier

Fantastic experience! , the staff are very accommodating to every need and are so welcoming. From start to finish with my procedures I was assured and informed of all goings on and was well looked after with care and comfortability throughout. Best experience in my life being abroad which to most is daunting but was always put at ease during and even once back home in the UK , consistent contact and help was given. Thank you all again , completely change my life and never been happier.

Elif and all of the team are amazing couldn't of asked for better treatment my teeth look and feel amazing , five star clinic would definitely highly recommend anyone to go to the Istanbul location (Pendik) stayed in the Marriott hotel service great all around

Meine Erfahrungen hier waren sehr gut. Alle waren sehr nett und kompetent, es war auch super organisiert. Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mit dem Ergebnis meiner Zähne bin ich auch sehr zufrieden.

Für alle deutschsprachigen Interessierten einer Zahnbehandlung in Istanbul hier mein Statement:
Vergesst alle Vorurteile!
Ohne wenn und aber empfehle ich MEVSIM.
Professionelle und freundliche Kompetenz von der Vorbereitung über die Behandlung bis zur Nachpflege. Zudem mit kompetenter deutschsprachiger Begleitung was es sicher für den/die eine(n) nochmals angenehmer macht.
Konkret: ich habe insgesamt 24 Kronen und zwei Implantate machen lassen und war dafür zweimal vor Ort in der Klinik.
Die Qualität der Materialen inklusive der Implantate hat das gleiche Level wie bei uns in der Zentralschweiz. Es besteht definitiv kein Unterschied.
Die ärztliche Behandlung ist excellent, ich habe mich in jeder Minute versorgt gefühlt und hatte von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute das Gefühl mich trotz aller Skepsis richtig entschieden zu haben.
Fazit: Kontakt aufnehmen und auf nach Istanbul!

Before I even arrived enes the consultant manager was always in contact I always felt like I was asking silly questions but he made me feel no question was silly and was always quick to respond to me , when I arrived in Antalya my transport team were the nicest kindest people I have met! They looked after me and tatiana treated me like I was her daughter I felt extremely safe , hotel I was in was amazing the staff where amazing! Overall staffing from everyone was so amazing that I plan to come back for a holiday! I arrived at the dentist and I was well taken care of , I realised I had to get injections in my mouth so I was a little scared but once they were done I felt not a thing I needed quiete a bit of work done on my mouth so I was extremely worried about pain … I have had zero pain from start to finish now that I’m home 2 weeks still no pain , I have my temporary teeth on just now and I would of been quiete happy if these were my real set! Everyone at the hotel who were also there for teeth said they wish they came to my dentist as my temps are straight and a lovely shade of white I was a nervous wreck about this procedure as it was one of the biggest decisions in my life … and I’m so happy I done it!!! The whole experience I was treated like a friend/family and it was so comforting as I was there alone I could not recommend this company highly enough they have changed my life! Enes is so friendly and since being home he has still kept in contact and my transfer lady! I’m a very happy girl

Летом делал импланты на все зубы, сначала сделали осмотр моих зубов, потом делали операцию по удалению моих зубов, затем зашивали и дали обезболивающее с собой, в течений недели смотрели как все прошло после операций также на 3 день дали времменные зубы. Врач который занимался моей операций по удалению зубов был профи своего дела, быстро и качественно также другие сотрудники были внимательнные к моему лечению. Сотрудники были на связи 24/7 был отель и такси приежал и отвозил в больницу и обратно, также привез и отвез в айрапорт. Через 4 месяца я приехал повторно на устновку постоянных импланнтов прошло все на высшем уровне и доволен результатом спасибо клинике.

Преживяването беше страхотно. Погрижиха се за моята усмивка бързо и изключително професионално. Всички са много внимателни и услужливи. Препоръчвам горещо!
