I paid MF Capital a large sum for their “credit utilization” service. The agreement stated I’d receive funds within 7–14 business days.
It’s now been months, and I’ve received only a small partial amount.

When I kept asking for updates, they repeatedly told me “the payment processor is holding funds” and later advised me that they could not help and to dispute the charge with my bank instead of issuing a refund themselves.

They act professional at first transaction, but once they have your second funds, you’re stuck in a loop of fake updates. “The provider is handling it” I heard that line 10 times.

I had the SAME EXACT experience as another person here. The company says it will take 7-14 days but but it doesn't happen. I waited patiently for a month and they ghosted me! Call, text, nothing! Then they finally get back to you with lies saying "we have a problem with a third party provider." It's almost 2 months now and thank god I started the Bank Dispute because you only get 60 days to dispute it. That's probably why they ghost you so then you are completely screwed. They caused me a lot of stress to say the least.
