The guys were amazing cleaned up after them left everything perfect no issues
Jonny was great kept me informed every step of the way on the hole procedure any questions he was able to answer no problem
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody good clean job well done

No help at all, shocking service

I purchased a vrf MHI system and installed it …but,had an issue with the system,spoke with their tech support and was told to change the reverse valve, DONE that…but still not working!
After going back and forth a few times … they suggested a site visit at a cost of £930.. I had no choice but to go for it . The tech guy did something on his screen and it started working so I signed his form and he left . 24 hrs after that client called saying it’s doing the same thing again ! MHI have still charged me for that technician to visit site at £930!
The system needs a sensor to repair it at a cost of (£13) but it is still in warranty, but they will not allow me to have the sensor until I pay the £930 ( bearing in mind I’ve cleared the full amount of nearly £10k for equipment and not a penny outstanding .. except the false charge of £930 but they have put my my account on stop.
I've paid the £10000 for the equipment by my credit card as client will not pay me until the system is working..
The system has been installed for few months now but I cannot repair the system until I pay the falsely charged site visit invoice to MHI..and HRP.
MHI accounts department wants £930 plus the cost of the sensor and an indoor pcb paid upfront before they will give me the replacement parts that the system needs( which should be covered by their warranty as the system is only still being installed ) my credit card is maxed out already .
Not sure who to speak to as they keep demanding the £930 plus parts first.
I've emailed Mr Kariya about this serious issue but not sure I will hear back… it’s been a few days.
Help please !!!!!!They are holding me Ransom and my client is threatening to take me to court Again

I asked for a copy of the recording from the site technician so I can compare the 2x indoor units to see the faulty operation of the units..

It looks like they have sent me a duplicate graph to look like 2x perfect working units
