So, confession time: my Mhot Hair order got delayed a bit. But let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The quality of these Remy hair extensions is unreal. Silky, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. Don't let a small delay deter you – Mhot Hair delivers on the promise of fantastic hair. Totally in love!

Not sure if this is a scam because I placed two orders and wrote to customer service that they were urgent for a wedding trial. But neither of them ever shipped out, but I got lies saying my order was “stuck at the airport” (wasn’t even shipped yet). That order was sitting with them for 6 days. I told them I needed a new shade, so I would be returning the order upon my receipt. They cancelled the order, proving it was never shipped!

Then for my second order they gave me a new tracking number and stated it was “shipped” (same thing - wasnt even shipped yet). Not sure why the customer support felt they had to lie to me about the shipping. Again, not sure if its a scam? I never recieved any items and never had a tracking number where the status stated “shipped”.

Though my order took 10 days to arrive, longer than expected, it was worth the wait. The hair extensions were exceptional - perfectly matching the online descriptions.

a total scam :( its been 3 weeks and my hair hasn't even shipped yet. horrible guys they won't even reply to my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’ve been ordering clip in extensions from MHOT for over 2 years now and their clip ins are good quality and reasonably priced. The color, length, and the weight of all the clip in extensions I’ve ordered have been consistent with information they give on their website. Would recommend.

I’ve been using extensions for about a decade. This was hands down the worst quality hair I’ve ever purchased. Three weeks in and it was a tangled frizzy mess - and that was with minimal hair washing. One of the tape-in wefts had an actual purple thread embedded amongst the hair, sewn right in, quality control is obviously non-existent. Social media influencers need to stop peddling poor quality products like this, making profit at the expense of their followers.

When I ordered online there was an estimated shipping time of about three days, I excitedly ordered two sets of clip ins for my birthday coming up. My package ended up taking three weeks to come and it was only one of the sets I ordered. The second set came about two weeks after that. Because I was in a time crunch I went to Amazon to find similar balayage/highlight clip ins when I realized the Mhot hair wouldn't make it in time and to my surprise it was the exact same hair - same colors and quality but for a lower price and much faster 2-day shipping. The return process for Mhot was fairly painless although I had to keep emailing them to make sure they received my packages and issued my refund. Not the worse experience but you can save a lot of time, money, and stress by just going to Amazon.

They are scam , I bought hair since July August 13 2022, i order there,the hair was bad I send it back , since now they don't refund my money 164.65€ always I contact them the give me excuses I'm tired I need the money I work so hard to get back to my account so Ladies don't buy there thanks.
