Ridiculous withdrawal rule
I was forced to rewrite my experience, in order to keep it up, I am rephrasing my original comments, to just state that the casino seems to ask for identification paperwork, when i submitted it declined it, same paperwork has been accepted on all KYC platforms, I read that quite a few others have had the same experience, in turn the withdrawal process becomes a stale mate. It is not necessary to deal with these types of makes no sense rules, There are plenty of other online platforms that will Cash you out within minutes of requesting.

Hi Walter.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when a withdrawal or verification process does not go as expected.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the balance in question came from a free bonus. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bonus winnings require at least one qualifying deposit and rollover before they become eligible for withdrawal. In this instance, that requirement was not met, and the remaining balance was later lost during gameplay.
Account verification is necessary before a withdrawal request can be processed. The reason for this is to adhere to security and regulatory compliance.
Documents may occasionally be declined if they do not meet specific requirements (such as image quality, expiration status, or matching account details), even if they have been accepted on other platforms. This process is not intended to delay or block withdrawals, but to ensure account security.
If you need any clarification or help with the required documents, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you further.

A casino with great games and a casino you can trust
Miami Club Casino has always been top notch. They always pay your winnings in a timely manner. The customer service is second to none. I've been playing with them for about 8 years and they have always been consistently courteous and professional. I trust them and says a lot about an overseas casino

More free spin codes
Great games. But way too restrictive with getting free coupon codes. The amount of points to reach for next level is extreme. You have to spend a LOT of money to get there and I think they should throw you a few more freebies inbetween. EVERYBODY else does.
