The online shopping experience was average. The customer service response was too slow; I waited a long time just to get an answer about the weight of the bag.

The metal clasp design is not very smooth; sometimes it requires a bit of force to close. I feel the polishing craftsmanship of the hardware could be further improved.

The hardware on the handbag I received had a slight defect. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and gave me a satisfactory resolution. I really hope the company can inspect items more carefully before shipping.

Their London store looks pretty nice, and the products online are exactly the same as the ones in-store. But waiting that long is a dealbreaker for me.I’m a realist, so unless there’s a massive discount on the website, I’d rather buy in-store.

As a British brand, the styles are quite classic and very British. The leather is pretty standard, without any special or exotic materials. Just keep in mind that shipping does take a while

I did receive the item, and the product itself is fine. However, the box was damaged when it arrived and looked a bit terrible. The packaging really needs to be improved. It would be a disaster if this were sent directly to a customer as a gift.
