My fiancé and I were searching for his perfect wedding band for the longest time. He knew he wanted a hammered gold ring, but every single one he tried on in store felt too thin, sharp, and just overall disappointed him. Highly recommend. These guys have a great website, where jewelry & sizing are accurately represented, and an easy ordering process. I ordered a 6 carat princess cut eternity ring, and it showed up exactly when it was supposed to, and is absolutely gorgeous.

Bonus points for excellent communication. Frank from MG both emailed and texted me to clarify delivery address- they normally ship to a secure FedEx location, which makes absolute sense, but I opted to have it sent to my (also secure) home address.

The description of the Diamond Stud earrings was good but Seeing them was more Stunning than the description. The purchase process was smooth and easy. Oh, the patience of these folks. Hours of research make for a difficult client: I had decided on HTHP stones rather than CVD-created because I had foolishly sold earth-grown stud earrings for pennies 35 years ago. After affirming they would do certified HTHP, we went back and forth on size, clarity and price.

Every Customer Service rep was exceptional. No pressure. After choice was narrowed down, they emailed me specifications of two stones. I choses martini settings because of my large earlobes and the gorgeous pair with complete documentation arrived within a few weeks. The price was outstanding.

Michael Gabriels Jeweler is fabulous in every way. I give them a wholehearted recommendation.

Just allow me to add the following. Because I still have a third true diamond stud from 40 years ago, it never occurred to me these would be any different. However, the posts are long and much thinner than my original one. I may take these to a local jeweler to cut the posts back because I plan to sleep in these. The threaded back for the original earring vanished years ago, and I had hoped to replace it, but the fit is impossible.

Aside from my nitpicking Virgo tendency to want perfection, I say, without reservation, the entire process with Michael Gabriels Jeweler was a delight. Were I young and looking for bling, this would be my go-to source. Thank you, MG folks!

The entire experience so exceptional! My earrings were made quickly and delivered the following day after shipment. I had a quick response to my questions via text!!! That was the best part, I didn’t need to wait for an e-mail response of go through a complicated phone system. I will be getting all of my jewelry through them moving forward.

On two occasions I had the pleasure of speaking with Jacob. What an awesome experiance and a truly wonderful person he is, MG you are blessed to have him as an employee. Now, I originally ordered the 4ct round diamond eternity ring for my wife. When it arrived it was absolutely gorgeous, unfortunately it would not go with her wedding ring and being a full eternity ring she fears she may damage the diamonds on the bottom. I reached out to MG and asked if I could exchange the original ring for a 3/4 round eternity ring same 4ct but instead of gold could I switch it to platinum. Jacob processed my request without question and changed it. The diamond quality is phenomenal. If you are looking for top quality jewelry then you owe it to yourself to look at Michael Gabriel’s as they are top notch! Highly recommend.

I first ordered my 2 carat diamond studs about 3 weeks ago. Had such a positive experience from my first phone call to the store, to my on-line order and the quick delivery. Appreciate that my order had to be picked up at the local FedEx office for security. The delivery was just over 48 hours to the west coast and I was able to track it on line. Because my new studs out shone the small diamonds I was wearing in my second piercing, I decided to order 1/2 carat studs and I’m just as pleased with these. It’s somewhat unnerving ordering products on line, especially items of high value, so I appreciate that fact that I was able to talk to staff at Michael Gabriel’s store. Thank you for a very positive experience.
