Brought c-grip tyres for my motorbike. Saved my life twice. Mate, thanks, i owe you. Going 30+ in an Ally, a car just pulled out of left. I was frozen for a moment i think, Don't how i Breaked hard and cornered my bike. There were two Children on the car. Thanks, thanks. God bless all.

Min nye Micra (2016) skiftede jeg dæk på efter et år. Jeg blev anbefalet Michelin helårsdæk. Efter 5 år og næsten 50.000 km er de slidt. Det er de bedste dæk jeg nogen side har haft på en bil. Fantastiske køreegenskaber.

If I could give Michelin a zero I would. There customer service is almost as bad as their rubbish tyres. Only 7000 miles on a car bought from new. Didn't want to know before claim was refused was pushed frim pillar to post. More or less saying was our fault. If tyres needed pressure always came up on screen to alert can't admit there tyres are rubbish.
Save your money people don't buy Michelin tyres

I purchased my four tyres a month ago with a cash back offer of £100 cash back ,autumn offer,I was approved after three days and told I would be paid within fifteen days,one month later and still not been paid,also when I call customer services the phone cuts straight off,I think they have blocked me.

I bought 4 crossclimate2 SUV tyres for my Volvo XC90. I needed to get away from circumferential groove tyres because the weight and pressure exerted on them cause cracks to form along all the grooves after a year or so no matter what brand I bought. They all developed stress cracks. That Can't happen with these tyres because the novel v shaped tread does without them. The grip level is awesome, and they're positive and quiet. I just been using them with recent snowfall and ice in the UK and they were just the best things. I had to really try hard to find the sliding point . I was driving past range rovers and Landy's all slithering about. I bet they saw me cruising past them up the icy hill effortlessly and wondered how I was doing it. . If you're moaning about wear then sort out your alignment or tracking. Uneven wear is not the fault of the tire. It's either the drivers fault or not having them set up correctly. Really happy with these and they inspire confidence .

Low mileage still got 5mm tread . Got MOT advisories because EVERY tyre is perished on the sidewalls inside and outside edges.
Tried to complain and their website refused to recognize my e-mail address????

Tyres only just 4 years old covered 16k miles and cracking already on edges and sidewall. Warranty supposed to be 5 years. Sent photos etc to their customer service and told me to go to a dealer pay for 4 new tyres and send the suspect ones back to Michelin. Yeah, right. Poor. Pilot Sport tyres BTW. Now faced with having to change them with 5mm left on them.

The fourth time I bought the same model of 50/50 Anakee Wild motorbike tire lasted 2000km less and ruined my vacation. They "guarantee 150% longer range than competitors in this market but this time delivered 60%. I contacted Michelin customer service, their response were tuff luck as I could not send the bad tire to them, because I hade to change it in the middle of my trip much earlier then I had planned as I turned back -home because of it. No discount or anything, even with a long custmer track record, Michelin sucks and I will never by a tire from them again, not anyone from my motorbike community either.

Una è risultata difettosa ed è stata aperta una segnalazione, mi aspettavo che al momento del ritiro dello pneumatico mi venissero fornite 2 gomme sostitutive usate nell'attesa dei controlli invece nulla,ad oggi mi ritrovo ad usarne una nuova e una usata datami in sostituzione dal concessionario dove le ho acquistate.
Tra qualche giorno partirò in moto (più di 2500 km) quando tornerò avrò la gomma montata ormai consumata e una nuova che mi verrà riconsegnata da Michelin.

Well thats us not ever going to buy michelin tyres anymore they do not care about customers so have to get replacement tyres as they are not bothered said to go to one of there garages that deal with michelin phoned them and they said did not know about forms to claim also said would be a a waste of time so they know what they are like a waste of time they do not even get back to you on here so it says a lot about them so would not buy from these ever again

I’ve had 4 new tyres on order for over a month and no sign as to when they might arrive, I sent an email to Customer services on 19/5/22 and heard nothing so I rang them on 6/6/22 and they asked for me to send the email again. This is the response I received “Thank you for contacting MICHELIN customer service, regarding the availability of Pilot Sport 4S,
Unfortunately, the Pilot Sport 4S, in the tyre sizes you require are not available at the moment nor do we have a given date for its availability. I do apologise for the current situation.” So I sent an email to their Md John Howe on 6/6/22 “
Thank you for your response however how can a company like Michelin have no idea as to their stock situation and the manufacturing lead times it’s ridiculous. *

Well this will be another waste of time putting in another complaint about Michelin tyres as they are no help at all we have 4 tyres perished on our car only 4 years old you say we have to take to a garage to fill in form then take photos then send them also send tyres back you may just as well say you are not interested as the garages say that michelin tyres are no good at all as this always happens so anyone thinking of buying this make of tyre stay clear do not buy as a waste of money all tyre place do not recomend this make so stay clear do not waste your money why could they not just send someone to look at the tyres instead of us having to find someone to fill forms in as they are not interested none of them will never buy again we feel realy let down and upset getting no help surely someone could have come and looked at the tyres and nobody bothers to look at these complaints on here so shows they are not bothered about customers

New Michelin Primacy 4 tyres come with only 6.5mm tread only. I can get part worn tyres from a scrapyard with more tread! Its a blatant ripoff. New tyres used to be 10mm. Scammed again but I would never buy Michelin again ever thats knocked a year off your tyre mileage before you even hit the road!.

If you do have trouble with them paying promised deals card then take them to small claims court online its really easy. But keep all your proofs.

Hahaha so those of us who want to drive normally=99% of the population have to put up with ripoff tyres that are little more than scrapyard tyre depths and still costing fortunes because michelin want to look after the speeders. You couldnt make it up. I cant wait to see what the press make of it.

Despite carefully following the terms and conditions on the website and spending a signifacnt amount of time entering details and uploading my reciepts from their prefereed fitting partners to their website, they refused the cashback claim without any reaosn 24 hours later. What a scam, buy Bridgestone I wished I had the only reaason I didnt was for this offer that they emailed me about and are now refusing to meet.

Mixed reviews on here but I got 235 primacy 3 and they have lasted ages nearly 25k my previous continental 5’s not do half that.

Michelin Lithion bicycle road tyres, had a tyre fail at speed with a tear in the side wall. Replaced with a brand new Michelin Lithion tyre. That failed with a side wall tear before I got out the garage. Have replaced on all my road bikes as I no longer trust the brand. Michelin customer services have refused to respond to my concerns.

Michelin cross climate plus 235/45R18 xxl for vw passat b8 is a very scrap tyres because don't keep the line and when I want to change the line the steering resist very disappointed for premium brand pay brand new tyres 1000£ , I don't recommend!!

I've been a fan of Michelin tyres for 45 years, since my first car, but my faith is shattered. I fell for the hype advertising of their new Cross-Climate tyres, bought a set of 4, one of the worst things I ever did. They are awfully noisy, makes driving far less pleasant. (Even have to have the radio louder on motorway!) And my fuel consumption appears to have gone up by about 10%. By a rough calculation this is going to cost me about £170 a year in fuel. Disastrous.

CASK BACK DEAL complete lies. DONT TRUST YOU GET NOTHING. I bought 4 tyres from F1autocnters on 28th Nove. but Michelin rejected to give 40£ offer which they promised by the time i purchase the tyres. but no reason provided.
