Was advised I could update my windows after I purchased the windows 10 I found out I could not update my laptop and never used the code or license when I reached out to customer service they advised to send an email for a refund since it was never used. When I did they refused to refund me. Horrible experience especially when your given incorrect information from one of your own customer service representatives.

Both of the keys worked really well and the download guide was easy to follow and execute. 3 stars for their customer support. I never received any support when I thought I hadn't received any instructions for installation. On that note, check your spam folder after your purchase. The installation instructions were sent to my spam folder and I didn't see it until 2 days later. Another suggestion, if your account is linked to a OneDrive account already, make sure to unlink it first. OneDrive is saying there's an error when I try to connect.

I did not have any problem in downloading and installing the software I purchased. Things went well!

I thought I was overcharged, but then presumed you were selling items in USD not CAD where I live, as nothing tells you which currencyyou advertise under!

I reached out to customer support since the Product Key did not download where I could open it and proceed with installment. They were very responsive and send me what to do. Turns out, my Norton Security Protection put it into Quarantine. After I figured that out and solved it, the installment was not a problem.

Great way to buy the MS office software at rock bottom price. It was very easy to setup. Genuine product.

It was not clear that all Office products would be designated "365" and only after you do the download would the key open the specific item you purchased. All during the download process the files were referred to as "365" and that is not what I purchased so it was a bit frustrating.

I was a little skeptical about this transaction since the price was so low. However, the license key worked and the download went smooth. I will check out this site first for any future microsoft products

The support guy wanted me to buy windows firewall even though I had it.

First purchase with them. Was leary when I found out the listed phone number is out of service.
I did not get a Product Key # that Word and Excel are asking for in order to avoid having to pay Microsoft for Win 365 and Office.
