Apparently, I've purchased a disabled 'LTSC Professional Plus 2024 Preview' license that they've marketed as being a 'Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus Lifetime' license. 0-stars inappropriate language assholes.

Just use a credit card and call your bank to get your money back. It's a pain, but that's what can happen when you try to buy it for cheap.

Two clicks, and I had another copy of Windows 11

I tried to download Windows 11 (I currently have Windows 10) but I received an error message that the download was broken/corrupt. I tried downloading two more times and received the same error message. I decided to call the number posted on the website for help and it came back as a "vacant" number. I have the patience to deal with the broken/corrupt download, it was the bad phone number that earned the low rating.

Worked for about 2 months not it states I am using an unlicensed product. Will put in a complaint with BBB and see if I can get my money back.

It was easy to find what I wanted, purchase and download. Downloading went quickly and I was using the product within a few minutes of purchasing it.

I can't even get any of it to download correctly. I have a great computer that can run very detailed video games, but It can't download simple apps like PowerPoint or office. Completely wastef my money

For windows keys microsoftkeys not safe, they not Microsoft Partner, after using key got 0xC004C008 error already activated, just Got new Windows 11 pro key from microsoft partner HypestKey, key bind to my microsoft account

Paid for a digital download of Office 24. Was sent to a Google drive and when I tried to download the product it won't go beyond scanning for virus. Get this message.

"Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2024 (English - US) - 32 BIT.zip" cannot be scanned because we are experiencing technical difficulties. This file might harm your computer, so only download this file if you understand the risks."

Why would I download a file that even the company says can be risky? When I called for a refund I found the phone number does not work.

I moved my drive with Windows 11 Pro form my old system into a new system. I used this product Key to re-activate Windows on the new system. Everything is perfect! Now I can access all my files and programs without having to reinstall everything. This may not work if you encrypted your files before.

I'm a sucker too. Should of listened to my gut. Key is no longer valid after 6 months. No reply from their "support".

Totally fradulent. All of the negative comments posted are true. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE....wish I would have known and thought I was purchasing a product from Microsoft.

This is NOT a product directly from Microsoft. Cheap look-alike. Buyer beware...

The product key is not working, when I go through the steps I am getting an error saying Service Unavailable

Couldn't activate by either method, representative kept telling me I didn't have a product from them, gave the activation code IDs and licensing key, then he said it was the wrong product. Eventually I gave up and will try to recover the cost. Be cautious.
