Absolutely negative experience and extremely poor customer service. (Mideer Lithuania)
I placed my first order before Christmas, but the parcel was lost. When I contacted customer service and informed them that I had not received the shipment, I was told that the parcel had supposedly been delivered and was instructed to contact DPD myself. Only after I provided a photo showing that the parcel had been returned and that I had not received it did I finally receive confirmation that it had indeed been returned to the warehouse.
I then waited almost a month for the reshipped parcel, but never received it. When I inquired about the parcel’s location and expected delivery date, I was told that they could see exactly the same information as I could via the tracking number. Eventually, after nearly a month of waiting, I was informed that the parcel had once again gone missing at the sorting center.
The experience was completely disappointing — no accountability, no clear communication, and no real effort to resolve the issue

Very long shipping

I ordered three painting books in the beginning of Nov 2024. I received them on Jan 15, 2025. The books are fine but you must know how long it takes to receive them.

If I could give zero I would. Said they were refunding shipping because product took almost TWO months on SLOW boat from China! They did not refund anything. Buyer beware!!!!

Do not order from this Company…

I ordered the Princess dress up art kit on Dec 10 th.since I did not receive by Christmas, I contacted customer service via email and response was “ We’re sorry for the delay , please be patient.” There is no way to track the shipment as it comes directly from China and just says in transit. I received an order on Jan 10 th , but was not anywhere near what I ordered. It was dinosaur Magna tiles kit and watercolor art.

I ordered Christmas gifts on December…

I ordered Christmas gifts on December 8th from this company. It’s now been a month, and I still have not received my two orders. I have contacted the company, asked for a refund, but they refuse. I have emailed them twice and was just told both times “sorry for the long wait” and that the items are “in transit.” “Tracking updates” also always only state, “preparing to ship.” Do not purchase from this company!

Do Christmas shopping elsewhere

Items were ordered 3 weeks ago and have not shipped despite the promise of arriving in 7-10 business days. I understand if there is high volume at this time of year, but the company does not answer emails and has no phone number to call.
I do not believe the company is a scam as I know others who have ordered from here, but do not order Christmas gifts from this company. They are ill-equipped to handle Christmas season orders. There is no customer service department.

Scam website… do not purchase from them!

I ordered some Christmas presents on 11/30 and as of 12/22 have not received the items, which were supposed to take at most 2 weeks to ship. The shipping tracker has not updated in over a week. The company did not respond to my emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Honest reviews on their social media pages are being deleted. At this point, I feel confident saying this website is a scam.

I ordered some gifts in early December and have yet to receive them. The tracking information is very vague and does not give you any indication where the package is or when you will receive it. It's very disappointing, considering their website claims that the items would arrive in 7-10 business days. My kids are going to be very sad on Christmas morning. I'm now trying to determine whether Mideer is a real company or a scam.

SCAM COMPANY

If I could I’d give this company zero stars. I believe this is a scam company using your money. Look at all the reviews about product supposedly shipped. Tracking says it gets to one point and stops. Phone number is disconnected. After multiple emails I was refunded little bits at a time. Lots of people experiencing the same. Interesting to say the least. DO NOT ORDER

Do not buy from company! You’ll never you’re products

I placed an order for 2 art books for my granddaughter for Christmas at the end of November and there is still information on shipping. Customer support replies tell me “We are sorry. Parcel has been delayed.” There’s no way the gifts will arrive in time and at this point I think the company is a scam. They absconded with my money. I’m contacting my bank to file a fraud claim next week.

Not delivered

Ordered on Black Friday and have not received package. Status on order was updated 7 days ago saying it left airport. No idea where it is or when to expect it. Very disappointing considering it’s a child’s Xmas gift!

HAVEN'T RECEIVED PRODUCT

I ordered from them on Novenber 29th. Still haven't received the item. I emailed asking about my order they respond its been shipped. There's a tracking number but it says no information where the package is. Just it's been shipped. I gave then the order number but still don't know where it is. Last up date was arrived at airport on December 2nd and nothing after that. Was hoping my grand daughter would have this for Christmas. We have 5 days until Christmas. But if you don't know where it is. You don't know if you will get it. I ordered it off Facebook. Taking a chance on the unknown. Hope it will show up.

I ordered this at the end of October. It is now the end of November and the latest tracking yesterday said
"
Package failed to be delivered. Customer is not reachable"
Now stuck not knowing what to do!

Legitimate but be aware

I ordered the jelly stickers from an ad from Instagram for a gift. When I received the order all of the sticker books were all damaged and not in a condition to give as a gift. I can confirm from an earlier review that quality looked cheap, coming from China and overpriced. I requested a refund and said I would send it back if they give me a return label. They offered a 40% refund to me and I keep the items or 100% refund if I send the items back to China at my own cost, which is too expensive. Note: I have now received a refund (only be cause I posted on here), there needs to be a streamlined refund policy and their current system is borderline scam territory.

Girls make up and sticker set

I ordered the make up and sticker kit that was in the commercial on social media. When I received it the make up was broken and the package looked terrible, very cheap item that comes from China and is totally overpriced, impossible to give it as a present. I wanted to have my money back and said I would send it back if they give me a return label. They offered just a few euros to me not the full amount I paid and I keep the item but I wanted the full amount back. Now they want me to send it back to China on my own cost what is of course too expensive. Don't buy there it's a total scam.

I like their products

I like their products. The sale prices are good. Their website is easy to work in. Shipping is from Asia so it takes a little bit longer, but I allow for that when I make my purchases. Oh, and the grandkids have been pleased with everything I have bought.
