Love the sofa we ordered and the customer service we received was top notch!

Easy purchase process, great delivery team. On time and precise.

I ordered a sofa from MidInMod and it arrived quickly with careful packaging. Assembly was straightforward and the sofa looks great in my living room. After the first week of use, the cushions are comfortable and the build quality feels solid. Happy with the order overall — good product and reliable delivery.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They misled what they advertised, I ordered a boucle couch… it was not boucle what so ever its like sherpa! If I could give 0 stars I would. When I asked to return it, the cost to return would cancel out the price of the couch so I would get zero money back for returning the couch, but they could resell and make my own but I get no money back? DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM

The couch I received was not like the one I ordered! Completely misleading. Also,if I wanted to return the item their support said that the cost to return the item was so high that I would not get any money back. They broke this down with various ridiculous made up fees such as a $200 restocking fee! $438 return shipping quote, $50 processing fee. BUYER BEWARE

I was looking for a mid century style chair that was comfortable in addition to smaller dimensions. This chair fits perfect and adds a pop of color. It is sturdy and appears well built. It was extremely easy to assemble only in two pieces

Product is exact as advertised and in reviews. Was delivered without delays or damage.
The couch is not too firm and not too soft. I do like the non removable cushions for various reasons as well.
Pricing was competitive and best of all, the furniture peice transformed my living room as expected.

The nightstands I ordered are well crafted, likely to last a long time. Prices were reasonable, and the items were packed well, arriving in a very short time despite coming across the country. I am very satisfied!

The amazing part is that I can speak to a real person who is very helpful when I call the warehouse. 5 ⭐️ to the real people at the warehouse. The downside is I’ve had to call the warehouse several times to try and get a tracking number. I have received several requests to review the product but have yet to receive a tracking number.

Provided me the exact table I was looking for, kept me well informed as to its ETA, and received it as promised. Their folks also did an exceptional job assemblying it.

We had serious issues with the furniture we purchased. One of the sofas was advertised as genuine leather, but it started peeling in a short time, which raised concerns about its quality. The legs of another sofa broke very quickly. A repair team was sent, but the fix did not last and it broke again. When we requested service a second time, we were asked to pay. Overall, we are not satisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service.

I bought a pair of sandals three months ago off a Pinterest ad and these people have never sent them to me nor have they issued a refund. I feel I’ve been scammed. I have written them a dozen times. Pinterest does NOT support the vendors who advertise on their pages relentlessly. They put their hands in the air and consider them someone else’s problem.
