Leider war meine Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend.

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an schwierig. Nachrichten wurden teilweise erst sehr spät beantwortet, wodurch sich die Terminplanung unnötig in die Länge zog. Telefonisch war die Inhaberin nicht erreichbar.

Ich hatte beide Termine bereits einige Tage im Voraus bestätigt. Kurz vor den Terminen fragte sie, ob ein späterer Termin möglich wäre. Ich schlug daraufhin eine Uhrzeit vor, woraufhin mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass diese Zeit für sie wiederum zu spät sei.

Obwohl ich meine Situation mehrfach erklärt und sogar eine Sprachnachricht geschickt hatte, wurden die bereits bestätigten Termine schließlich kurzfristig abgesagt. Wir hatten unseren Tag bereits entsprechend geplant und konnten so kurzfristig keinen Ersatz finden.

Die Qualität der Arbeit kann ich nicht beurteilen, da es gar nicht erst zum Termin kam. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Kommunikation, die Erreichbarkeit und den Umgang mit bereits bestätigten Terminen. Diesen empfand ich leider als unprofessionell.

Dal 3 gennaio pagato collana e anello con nomi sui 60 euro tutt'oggi non è nemmeno stato spedito e mandato solite email numero ordine inesistente...chiedo il rimborso altrimenti sono costretta a denunciare

Wrongly marked shoe size (3 sizes too small) poor quality product (plastic sole) and no way of contacting for a refund. A total scam.

What went wrong? What didn't go wrong...
Placing my first (and only) order- When I attempted to use a promotional code I found online, the app would apply the promo code but then double my shipping. After several attempts, I contacted the company, several times, and was told to try doing it several other ways to place my order. Using a different link, using a link they sent me and then telling me to go to a specific website. Which all resulted in the same shipping charge being doubled. Eventually, after telling them how dishonest this seemed. Some people may not have even noticed and then were charged. Also, they didn't want to honor the promo code I was trying to use. They ended up sending an invoice to me but it was still for the higher amount. I gave up and let them know that I was going to leave a review with a complete account of their actions. I told them I was, in the beginning, drawn to them not only by the food, that looked delicious, but by the advertisements about it being a family business that wanted to be authentic and seemed so wholesome. It was obvious, it was all just good advertisement, but not true. I then received an email from someone else, who claimed to be higher up in the company, stating how sorry they were for everything. They then sent an invoice that was discounted quite a bit. I didn't order at first but then decided to use the discounted invoice, hoping it was like she said, all a complete misunderstanding and a very unfortunate situation. She wanted to make it right. So I ordered 3 things. Braised Beef Noodles, Pho Beef Dumplings and Scallion Oil Noodles. I was again, very disappointed... The Braised Beef Noodles were gummy and Beef had a weird after taste, the Pho Beef Dumplings, the same, with the additional issue being that the dough around the dumpling was very gummy and chewy and it also had a strange after taste. And finally, the Scallion Oil Noodles were very gummy, as well. I used my own, wicker steamer. I eat alot of asian foods and am familiar with how to prepare them, these results were not because I'm not familiar with asian foods and flavors. My experience with Mila was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a company. I wasted my time, my money and most importantly, my trust.
In my opinion, DO NOT waste any of yours either. Bottom line, they do not care about anything but money.

Buongiorno, il latte e’ buono e non si discute, ma cio’ che triovo assurdo e’ l’apertura dei bricchi ….i
Io uso il mezzo litro di latte in tetra pack ed e’ di una scomodita’ più unica che rara … ogni volta che mi serve aprire la confezione mi ritrovo del latte che fuoriesce anche se cerci di farlo con cura ed attenzione…
Sicuramente apertura non pensata con sensibilita’ nei confronti di anziani, disabili, bambini ed altre categorie di persone che potrebbero avere difficolta’ di varia natura…
Mi meraviglio di questa scelta da parte della Mila nel contesto di una Provincia solitamente rispettosa nei confronti delle capacita’ individual' dei propri cittadini….il latte si apre più o meno tutti i giorni e vien male a pensare di farlo ….
Vabbe’ …l’alternativa sara’ cambiare marca se non deciderete di cambiare l’apertura…!!

Tried to return a faulty product I followed all instructions, to have no reply at all, so customer service is none existent.

Terrible place. Don’t even bother. It’s 800 degrees outside and you can’t go inside to eat with shorts on. Even dressed extremely nice. Nice shirt, shorts and shoes. Go somewhere else that actually understands their climate.

Just had a wonderful time at this restaurant. This has just become my favourite place to eat out when I visit family. Staff are very welcoming and the food is very good. Highly recommended, there was 4 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Just had bottomless lunch at Mila Loughton. The food and wine were superb and so was the price.
Definitely will be back even though I live in London.

Ich kann die hiesigen sehr schlechte Bewertungen durch unserer eigenen Erfahrung bestätigen: Wir haben ein Laptop bei Brack gekauft. Bei Brack wurde als Service angeboten, dass das Laptop konfiguriert wird und die Daten vom alten Laptop übertragen werden. Dafür sollte Mila kommen. Erster Mila "Fachmann", der anrief, war schon am Telefon extrem frech. Der zweite, der tatsächlich auch kam, wollte sich nicht einmal umdrehen, als wir das Passwort unseres wlan eingeben mussten, mit der Aussage "er könne eh all unsere Daten für sich kopieren, ohne, dass wir das einmal merken würden". Er hat nur ein Teil de Daten übertragen, und wollte zusätzliches Geld, um seine - bereits an Brack bezahlte Arbeit - zu beenden. Wir blieben also mit halb-getane und auch noch schlechte Arbeit. Weder Mila noch Brack haben sich darum gekümmert.

Perfekte Arbeit - ganz unkompliziert und sehr fachmännisch - einfach toll
Ausserdem ein sehr symphatischer Mensch.
Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das ist dass erste Mal gewesen das ich so eine Firma beauftragt habe immerhin kostet es 69€ der Service Techniker aber immerhin besser als es selber ein zu richten wenn man nicht so viel Ahnung hat

Wenn es ein Beispiel für vorbildlichen Service gibt, dann ist es ihr Mitarbeiter Herr Osman C. ! Egal ob es die Terminabsprache, die Betreuung vor Ort oder auch zwischenzeitliche tel. Informationsgespräche betrifft, Herr C. gibt einem stets das Gefühl gut betreut zu sein, zeigt sich verständnisvoll den Kundeninteressen gegenüber. Auch sein professionelles, technisches Verständnis/Wissen kann er mit seiner freundlichen Art bestens dem Kunden vermitteln. Weiter so!!! Hier können sich viele, wenn nicht sogar die meisten, ein Beispiel an Herrn C. nehmen!

Super Service, pünktlich, freundlich, hohes Fachwissen. Herr Hänni würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Erst nach 14 Tagen kam ein Mitarbeiter zu uns, um das Fernsegerät zu programmieren. Das Resultat dieses Besuches, ein totales Chaos. Allen Bemühungen zum Trotz: Niemand ist bereit den Schaden (60,00€ kostete dieser Service)zu beheben!
