On our honeymoon and my husband and I just needed a break from buses with all
of our bags. I came across Milancabs as a recommended service on a Reddit thread. Exceptional service. We had Giovanni as our driver (the owner), and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From meeting us on the driveway, so we didn’t have to walk so far, helping us with our bags, cold water waiting in our seats, getting us to our destination with plenty of time to spare. International travel can be hard, but his help was so appreciated and made the start to our travel day go perfectly. Also, they were by far the most affordable quote we got for our ride from Lake Como to Milan. And he was willing to offer this service for us in the middle of MFW! Can’t recommend their service more, 10/10!

I found Milan Cabs on TikTok, they responded very fast and provided clear information about their services. I used them to transport us from Milan airport to Lake Como and back, the car was nice and the driver was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Milan Cabs for our transportation between Milan and Varenna on Lake Como. From the very beginning of the booking process through our final destination, Max and Giovanni were professional, responsive, courteous, and incredibly accommodating.
I accidentally got off at the wrong train station in Milan, which could have been a stressful situation, but they were so kind and understanding. They went out of their way to adjust the pickup and come get us, making the whole experience completely stress-free.
Our driver, Max was professional, courteous, punctual, and made the journey to Varenna very comfortable. The communication and service throughout the entire process were excellent.
We truly appreciated the personal attention and flexibility, especially when our plans didn’t go exactly as expected! This is one of the best experiences I have received while traveling. He was prompt on both our pickups to and from Lake Como and even was helpful if when needed on call transportation. Great service; we booked the private transfer from Bellagio to Milan.

Excellent service from Milan Cabs! We used them for two private transfers during our trip—first from Milan to Bellagio, and then from Bellagio to Ortisei. Both drivers were professional, punctual, courteous, and incredibly patient.

Giovanni drove us from Bellagio to Ortisei, and he was truly the best! He repeatedly offered to stop along the way so we could enjoy a caffè or a birra, relax, and take in the beautiful journey. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful Italian adventure—not simply get from one destination to another.

The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was easy, and the entire experience was completely stress-free. We would absolutely use Milan Cabs again. We highly recommend the company—and especially Giovanni—to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable, and personalized transportation in Italy!

Saw this company from TikTok and decided to give it a try for my ride to Linate Airport. 10/10 I wish I could use this when I arrived as well! Price was reasonable, I could contact if I had any problems, and the car was very nice! Snacks and water were available as well and our driver Maxim was fantastic! We chatted about Milan’s history on our ride. I will book again when I return to milan

5/5 stars! Working with them was wonderful, the owner is very responsive and reasonable pricing! The driver came on time, carried all our luggages and drove us in a beautiful Mercedes. We truly felt bougie and relaxed. The trains to Milan from Varenna were closed, so in a time of desperation and need, Milan Cabs came in very clutch! Definitely recommend for anyone. If you are looking to ride in comfort and have reliable transportation, this is the way to go if you’re looking to go to Lake Como/Varenna from Milan.

Milan Cabs was so great! Very professional, and punctual. I was recently married in Varenna, Lake Como and we booked 3 different airport transfers for our guests with Milan Cabs.
First for 2 persons, next 7 persons, and then 8 persons. Two of the transfers had an elderly passenger. Each ride was smooth, comfortable, easy to find the driver, and the driver welcomed us with signs, helped with bags, helped our elderly passenger and gave each passenger a bottle of water for the ride.

It made the ride to Varenna, lake Como an enjoyable, stress free experience and truly a breeze.

They were also well priced compared to other transfer companies I contacted.
Highly, highly recommend. Worth every penny.

So many moving parts planning a destination wedding and Milan Cabs took my stress and worry away when it came to car transfers for our guests.
