I really liked everything I saw on the store website! Details in the jacket and sweaters are nice. I would defenately like my husband to wear clothes like that, I don't know what the quality is like but it looks good. I only found clothes mostly for men, though. Would like to see something for women, too.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
The say "will do our best to get back to you" if there's anything wrong with the order. Size charts are way off. They don't get back to you at all. I tried emailing them several times for an exchange immediately and then over the next 2 weeks after my item arrived but never heard from them. My friend then emailed them to see if they respond to a seemingly new buyer and they emailed right back within 3 hrs. Waste of my money, quality is extremely low, order was very late, no phone number to call, only email and now i see all the terrible reviews where they don't respond to returns or exchanges and they ghost ppl. Its a scam!! Report them! as i am doing. I've also noticed the pattern where they place more fake positive reviews to cover up bad reviews

I purchased an item of clothing as per their size guide chart and upon receiving the item, it’s too large. Their website states 24 hrs turnaround support. I have tried contacting Milanoutwear 3 times over the last 10 days and still no reply or support on how to exchange for a smaller size

They do not reply to customer service emails. They also just onsell cheap products, so if you look around with reverse image search, you'll find the source that it would come from. Personally, I found what I was looking at on Shein for 1/3rd of the price! So check there.
