The jacket products here are really beautiful, it's hard to find them in my country. Therefore, I did not hesitate to order products here. After using the products for a while, I realized that I was really wise when I ordered them. I will continue to trust to order jacket products here next time.

Very poor customer service. Received my jacket but needed to exchange the size. I have sent multiple request to their customer support team to exchange the size but have received no response. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. Do not do business with this company. The Chief Customer Officer, Luke is not responding to repeated requests

My overall experience is very good with Milan Outware. I was a little worried the prices were too low to be legit but I liked what I saw enough to risk it. The downside was the shipping was a long wait coming from China but the end result was a fantastic jacket and belt! I haven’t been a Small in a long while but I followed their measurements and did what I told me to do and the Small jacket fits like a glove! It looks and feels superb. The belt is a little off in the size (I’m on the last hole so… better not lose any weight) but the quality is top notch. I would easily recommend Milan Outware.

A huge number of 5 star reviews, all from people who have only ever provided a single review (just for this site), all on the same day, and many with the same wording. Doesn't take a genius to realize this is all fake.

Update: Milanoutwear flagged my review as malicious and harmful. But since that wasn't true, TrustPilot cleared the review so now instead they are adding more fake reviews so that they are no longer all on the same day!

Product doesn't match the description and they don't accept returns.
I purchased a jacket from Milanoutwear. When it arrived, I noticed it looks very different that in the pictures on the website. The colors are siginificantly different, the quality is poor and there's even a small stain on the jacket.
I decided to return it but unfortunately the customer service told me that they don't accept returns and the best they can do is 50% refund. What a waste of money.
