A lifesaving app for salespeople, easy to log drives, and send reports to my supervisor with the press of a button. Bummer they've increased their price but it isn't bad enough to make me swap to another service.

It used to be a good service. But now it become a greedy outdated sloth of a product. They have raised price twice in a year! Without providing any new service or improvements. Interface looks and works like a time capsule from 10 years ago. Tracking quality is very questionable - it misses beginning, can't track good in city. And the end location is always off. It did the job, but after a second price hike I got so frustrated so I started researching what happened. Turned out that a private equity company Bended sponed has acquired the service. And probably gutted it for profits. Now I get it why there is no innovations. Looking for a replacement...

Fairly easy to use this App. Mileage tracking for business tax purposes made some big improvements since I started using this program.

Amazing and a godsend for tracking business versus personal Myles. I have saved thousands of dollars on my taxes because of this app thank you so much.

It’s nice to not have to track and have an app do it for you that’s reasonably priced

Been using Mile IQ for years. This is a great way to track your business miles. You can label each drive with either business or non business. You can print out monthly reports. At the end of the year you can print one file which has everything you need for mileage and taxes. This is a great, inexpensive app.

Love how this tracks mileage for our business.

I love using MikeIQ for my business. All our employees use it too.

MileIQ is great, it works well and has helped me track miles for reimbursements and taxes. Great app!

I used it for work tracking mileage. At one point it was an affordable way to track my mileage. But it has gone up in price again and is no longer meets my needs for basic mileage. For a larger company this would be great, but for the regular person, it's a bit much. It does work well, just too expensive for what it is.

All good in the neighborhood

takes the guess work out of tracking, so far works good for my situation

Works great and I get a nice print out of business drives that I use for my taxes. No issues with the app and have recommended others use it

I love mileiq it realy help mekeep up with my busiiness

Pretty accurate and only misses a few drives or dleays reporting.
Overall I love it!

though they did raise their pricing......

This app works okay, but to glitchy at times. Quit trying to improve on something that used to work real well.

Just been informed that the price is to more than double for me due to all the extras they added in the past year or two. Extras that I could happily live without and retain the old price. The worst part I asked them why they were doing such a massive increase and quickly received an email which at the bottom proudly states it is an AI generated response! How insulting, they cannot even respond via a human being instead a bot with no accountability generates a repeat of what it says on the website. Having used this company happily for years I am now looking at alternatives ( of which there are quite a few). Using AI to generate your reply emails is an insult to your customers!

MileIQ was recommended by my CPA and I have never regretted downloading the app. So much better than the old log-book I used to keep in the console--when I remembered to use it. Accurate and neat reports at the end of the tax year.

I love how MileIQ has automated my previously manual mileage reporting. I don’t miss a thing now and my reports are much more accurate!

This wasn’t what I was expecting I signed up for 1 year but was then charged for a second year without knowing
