Also ich kann wirklich nichts schlechtes sagen. Ich hab eine Kette mit perle von meine mamamilch machen lassen. Lieferung dauert lange ist aber auch angegeben. Wenn das Schmuckstückchen dan ankommt ist das auch egal. Ich hatte ein extra Wunsch und diese würde auch berücksichtigt. Es war mehr als schön. Die perle bedeutet mir unheimlich viel und ist einfach wunderschön.
Nach n kleines jahr war aber ne öse etwass lose. Dies könnte ich kostenlos zurückschicken. Es würde repariert und gereinigt. Da leider etwas im Versand schiefgelaufen war war die zugehörige Kette nicht mehr dabei. Aber dieses problem würde auch gelöst und krieg ein neues zugeschickt. Ohne lange warten oder Diskussion. Die Service ist einfach top und auch sehr einfach erreichbar. Ich kann es zu 200% weiterempfehlen!

I ordered the DIY circle of life and the shipping was fast. Making the jewelry was easy and the instructions were clear. However, after a few days, a yellow glow appeared on it. After exchanging emails, they told me to wait a while because they said it was a natural process. The yellowing only got worse, so they sent me a new package with a reinforced formula. Unfortunately, it went wrong again. At least the yellowed jewelry was shiny, but the newly made jewelry has a matte finish. I didn't do anything differently in the making process. I emailed Milkies about this, but they say they think the jewelry looks “normal,” even though it doesn't. They say I can send the jewelry back to have a shine applied, but they don't provide any information about where to send it, who will pay for the costs, and so on. After two sets that both turned out wrong, I'm done with it. In the end, I would have preferred to spend that 150 euros at another company where it would have been right the first time. Now I'd rather not wear the jewelry because it's just not pretty.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lost my breastmilk after sending the last bit I had and when I chased them flippantly said ‘oh just send some more.’ When I told them that was not possible they said I mustn’t have sent it. When I sent photo proof of it being delivered to the right address at the right door (with other parcels with the same address on), they then told me I must have left it at the wrong door followed by ‘or it must have been stolen.

I’m still waiting for the refund they said they’d give me, but only after 2 weeks of me asking for it and then deciding ‘oh yeah we definitely can’t find your milk, so I guess now you can have a refund’. Terrible customer service and they have now robbed me of my last possible keepsake. Please don’t waste your money, I’ll now be filing a dispute on the payment with my bank.

EDIT after response received - you replied saying you offered to make the jewellery without breastmilk. No such offer was ever made so please do not state something that isn’t true, and can be proven by the email trail.

Ich habe nach 4 Monaten und obwohl ich es MEHRMALS gemeldet habe - weder meine Kette noch mein Geld zurück. Auf meine Emails antwortet keinen und dann kriege ich eine Email wo steht - dass meine Material (Muttermilch und Haare meines Kindes) noch eingelagert sind und ob ich noch mehr Schmucksteile bei euch bestellen will…. Ein Witz und unseriös ohne Ende..

Ich kann nur positives über Milkies berichten! Man hat unglaublich viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten seine Erinnerungen verewigen zu lassen. Über jeden Schritt wird man per Mail auf dem laufenden gehalten und das warten lohnt sich so sehr! In Tränen aufgelöst das Paket geöffnet und der Schmuck (in meinem Fall aus Muttermilch und Babyhaar) ist schöner als erwartet!!! Ein Armband gab es sogar als Geschenk dazu! Ich bin einfach nur glücklich über diese wunderbaren Erinnerungsstücke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Milkies Team ist mega freundlich und schnell. Die Preise finde ich fair, es steckt offensichtlich viel Arbeit drin. Dankeschön an MILKIES ♡

Ich habe das zweite mal bestellt und bin wie beim ersten Mal begeistert! Der Ring „together“ in Silber ist bezaubernd, dezent, edel, zeitlos und voller Liebe. Mein erster Ring war in Echtgold „Circle of Life“. Ich liebe beide Schmuckstücke. Die Verarbeitung ist perfekt und das Service einwandfrei. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder bestellen und kann Milkies vom Herzen empfehlen. Vielen Dank für das wunderschöne Erinnerungsstück!

Kontakt ist immer sehr freundlich und macht uns darauf hingewiesen, dass doch noch Muttermilch von vor 2 Jahren da is die man kostenfrei in den Schmuck Dh. Zu dem was ich vorher ohne Muttermilch konfiguriert hatte verwendet. Einfach top !

The present for each woman! It's already the second jewelry that I ordered in order to celebrate the end of breastfeeding of my Kinder. The process is so comfortable with Milkies that I'll do it again. The choice of the jewelry, there's numerous versions and options to make it individual. The material preparation and sending - easy - everything stepwise described in the order confirmation. Every step is complicated and I always feel informed. The process took for me about a month and the huge joy to hold the final product.

Ich habe bereits zwei Schmuckstücke bestellt und bin mit der Qualität und dem Design äußerst zufrieden. Natürlich sind die Preise nicht ganz günstig, aber es handelt sich um individuelles Handwerk mit sehr persönlichen und bedeutungsvollen Materialien, die mit großem Respekt verarbeitet werden – für mich absolut gerechtfertigt. Auch die Kundenbetreuung ist schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Von mir gibt es daher eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ring in Roségold mit Muttermilch ( mit Versand an die 200€) die Roségoldene Beschichtung hat nicht mal einen Monat gehalten. Und das, obwohl ich den Ring nicht jeden Tag getragen habe !! Als ich mich an milkies gewendet habe, war die Antwort :“ Roségold ist nicht für den täglichen gebrauch und nicht langlebig. Deshalb empfehlen sie auch eher Gold oder Silber. Und das sie mir aus Nettigkeit einen 80€ Gutschein anbieten können- um mir auf ihrer Seite was Neues auszusuchen. „ finde ich super frech und die Qualität sollte doch wohl besser sein, als sowas . Habe nach weiteren Mails, dann den Ring nochmal in Silber bekommen ( kostenfrei)!
Es ist ein toller Schmuck, aber wenn er nicht hält kann man sich das Geld echt sparen !! Schade

I received my order this past Friday and I must say it brought tears to my eyes (like the title says 😅). The entire proces from shipping the breastmilk to the arrival of the finished necklace went very well. I received pictures from the preparing of the breastmilk proces and the finished product so I was kept in the loop the entire time. It made the experience even more special. I wasn't able to feed my son for as long as I had hoped/wished, but this necklace represents the hard work I put into it and the moments I was able to feed my son. Everytime I see this necklace I am reminded of the wonderful feeding moments we did have. Thank you very much for everything and the gorgeous necklace. I will cherish it forever 💜

Für mich hat der Ring eine ganz besondere Bedeutung. Als meine Tochter schwer krank wurde und beatmet wurde, musste ich das Stillen erstmal pausieren und um ihr Leben bangen. Die Milch aus dieser Zeit trage ich nun als Ring über meinem Ehering. Heute ist meine Tochter gesund und ich trage die Milch voller Stolz und Dankbarkeit an meinem Finger. Es gab leider beim DIY Set ein Problem mit der Qualität. Der Kundenservice war aber super schnell, sehr freundlich und extrem entgegenkommend.
