I wouldn't say it was great! The baby grown is a lovely colour and looks quite cute but I saw one almost identical for a third of the price.

Absolutely appalling customer service and very poor product! I ordered a personalised outfit in which was done at someone’s home which was confirmed, It was sent to me which had animal hair on it! I contacted their customer service and they Then told me I need to wash it! It’s meant to be brand new I can’t pre-wash an item with tags that is a gift for someone.

The customer service has been absolutely shocking all I wanted was to have a brand new personalised vest for my best friends baby and through back and forth email with yourself I had no solution to this.
After the emails back and forth they never once offered me a replacement but after reading my review they have sent me a email saying after my review on here they would have replaced my vest but now they can’t since reading my review!
A replacement vest should have been offered in the first place and I’ve got pictures of proff of the animal hair so this is a honest review I really wouldn’t bother wasting your money! There are plenty of other small businesses on Etsy that would be so much more accommodating!

We went in today looking for a travel system. The staff were very helpful, answered so many questions and were extremely friendly. We didn’t realise the stores closing time and offered to come back another day to complete our purchase, but the staff went above and beyond to look after us despite this. I would highly recommend them!

Sizing was 3-6 months but was way too small for that size. My granddaughter is 6 weeks and it didn’t fit her. Then I had to pay for a return. Had a reply post posting this about the size guide I could have used. That’s my point. It says 3-6 months 12.5 pound up. My granddaughter is 10lbs and it didn’t fit.
