Absolutely brilliant experience! I had a huge hole in my en suite sink after dropping a bottle of perfume in it. I didn’t think it could be repaired, but it is now as good as new. It has saved me ripping out half of the en-suite to replace the sink. Extremely professional and pleasant and did a very good job. This really exceeded my expectations- thank you.

I don’t normally post many reviews but felt strongly to ensure no one else makes the same mistake that I did.

I had a crack in my bath and was given a quote to repair it after sending photos of the job. I was told “a senior technician will be sent and he would do a great job”

The technician arrived and carried out the works. The technician was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the crack re-appeared within a few weeks and therefore I contacted customer service. They sent out the technician again and carried out further remedial works to rectify the issue.

The crack then re-appeared again and when I contacted customer services again, I was told that I had gone beyond the 3 month ‘warranty’ for the repair.

I think this needs to be made clearer to all customers.

After posting a review I have since had a full refund.

Full bath re-enamelled, it now looks great. Guy turned up on time and managed to transform my bath which was badly discoloured and scratched. I would definitely recommend.

The appointment was booked for repair well in advance, the night before they were due to turn up a message on email to say the Guys that were coming to re enamel the bath had had an accident. The project I’m working on has back to back weddings and events, so we had planned well in advance work to be done with other trades reliant on it being done on time. Charlie offered me an appointment on Sunday Morning at 9am , at the time I accepted, and was shocked i was offered a Sunday and that Jake would be coming.
By 10.30am on Sunday , no show , no call, no response to chasing emails, really bad form.
Nobody called me this morning to apologise or rearrange for today.
I have now bought a new bath for my Clients at double the price and have had to leave a little piece of History in a shed for the next generation to re enamel with hopefully a responsible , efficient company …NOT MILTONS SCTltd

Do not use this company. I would not believe the majority of the 5* reviews either. They 'completed' work. After several visits to rectify issues, these are not rectified. I have since been refunded but want to warn people not to trust. Another company has since reviewed their work, making comment on such a poor job. Avoid if possible.

This company is a scam,avoid at all costs. Sent out an inexperienced technician who made my shower tray 100 per cent worse. Said his supervisor will be in touch but never heard from them again and when they eventually did try to communicate were hostile and rude, had to get another company out to fix their mess and they did an amazing job thank God, they were called Cosemetek. Literally have pstd fro. Milton's absolutely dismal service. I thought my new bathroom had been ruined by them. Technician Literally had his whole paint workshop uncovered on my new tiled floor aswell. Just awful experience in every way

Do not trust!

Enamel broke after a few weeks and bath is now rusting worse than before. When I contacted Miltons they initially ignored, then said they would send a technician round to fix it. Not only did noone turn up but they didn't even contact to say they wouldnt be coming. I am now left with a bath which is rusting much worse than before and getting AI responses from the head office.

I had a large crack in my bathroom sink which their senior technician repaired. It now looks as good as new! I’m really pleased with the result.
Excellent value for money. Very professional. The technician was polite, very tidy and worked quickly to complete the job.

So I didn’t know what to expect from this but all I can say is I was very impressed , michal arrived on time and done a brilliant job and left the bathroom clean . I can not recommend michal enough. I managed to drop my shower head in the bath and it caused a hole and a crack and I thought it was going to cost me loads having to get a new bath a plumber and tiler , but then I come across this company and all I can say is I’m impress . Thanks michal

Right from enquiry to the work the company have the best customer service which is rare these days
They took their time to ensure I was happy with the work and repair (which only took around 1.5hours ) I honestly cannot reccomend them enough. As a young woman I often worry about getting conned or scammed but this company are far far from that . They are honest about their work and are so polite when in the home and even cleaned up after themselves so we'll that you wouldn't even know they had been . Not only that they give you advice once repairs are done around cleaning to ensure that the work stays as perfect as they had done it . Even at close inspection you can't even tell . Thank you so much and will definitely be sharing this with my friends and family . Thank you !!

Don't use this company! Hopefully I can spare others the absolutely dreadful experience I've had dealing with these charlatans. A technician came out from the Reading branch to re-enamel my bath and hundreds of air bubbles appeared in the painted surface that started to chip off. They sent the technician out again and the same thing happened and they are now refusing to give me my money back.despite the 'warranty' which doesn't appear to exist. I'm now £547 down plus the days off work, and my bath is still a mess. Offered a measly £150 partial refund. Absolutely gutting. Don't waste your cash or your time.

The 2 guys worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until they left..it was a much bigger job than they anticipated - but this wasn’t an issue. It looks like I’ve had a brand new bath installed…the workmanship is outstanding. They were super polite and easy to have around in our home..which is always a bonus. I’m sure you’ve gathered - we would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with the repair of a plastic shower tray (12inch crack) and an enamel dent and crack on a small sink. Michal was on time, very polite, respectful, friendly and most importantly did an amazing repair job (including colour matching), cannot see any sign of the repair! All completed within 3-4hrs. Saved us many hours and £100's in finding replacements and fitting - Highly recommend.

I had a crack in a new shower tray, they were very nice and very quick to repair it, they came the next day. Very happy
