Great Bed & Excellent Customer Service
We had a great experience with Mimi Beds. We purchased the Dream Raft Floor Bed (B2) Mattress Combo, which included a bamboo pillow and a bonus 12-piece set of educational posters.
The bed arrived in a timely manner and was very easy to assemble. Our son, who is almost 3 years old, is absolutely loving his new bed.
When we unpacked our order, we noticed the educational posters were missing, so we contacted Mimi Beds customer service. They responded promptly, were very pleasant to deal with, and quickly resent the poster set to us without any hassle.
Overall, we are very happy with both the product and the customer service, and we would definitely recommend Mimi Beds.

Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your support. If you ever need anything else, we’re always here to help.
High ticket item purchased, but never received
I ordered a $500+ bed that was supposed to arrive in March. When it went way past the arrival date, I finally reached out as no alerts had been given to me that it was delayed. They said that the new arrival date was expected in May. I then reached out again after the new arrival date they had given me had passed and they told me that now we’re looking at the end of June.
They give no notices, take your money and don’t deliver the goods…
I just read the response and to be clear this was not a pre-order item. That is not an accurate or truthful statement. Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your order.
We would like to highlight that your purchase was placed as a pre-order item, which means the item is produced and fulfilled according to an estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. While we always aim to meet these estimated dates, pre-orders can occasionally be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing, international shipping, and customs processing.
We completely understand your disappointment with the extended timeline and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Our team has reached out to you via email to further assist and ensure this matter is properly resolved.
OVER 2 MONTHS STILL HASN'T SHIPPED
Waited a month with no shipping so we reached out. Was told it would take another month. So after a 2nd month we reached out and was told it would take another month. Order was cancelled, I just hope they actually refund us now. Also the reviews on their website are a scam...The delay had nothing to do with customs or international shipping. They sat on the order for several months, never reached out and strung us along for months when we reached out.

Best choice ever
I wanted to say that i have done the best choice ever by purchasing this bed. I received it a month ago and i did a mistake with the address, the customer service team was there to help me modify the issue, friendly and care about customer experience.
The product itself is a big wow. My 19 months old absolutely loved it, came in perfect condition despite the fact that i was late to open it, no damage no missing parts.
The most important of all is the material quality and the mattress my daughter fells asleep alone since night one.
I highly recommend it to all mamas there :)

Game Changer for our Baby's Sleep
We’ve had such a great experience with our Mimi Bed. Not only is it beautiful and well-made, but it’s honestly been a lifesaver for our baby, who really struggles to fall asleep independently. Since using it, bedtime has become so much smoother and less stressful and we can roll away once he's asleep.
We did run into a small issue early on, but the customer support team was fantastic, quick to respond, helpful and genuinely cared about making things right. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Overall, we’re really happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend it to other parents going through tough sleep stages.

Unable to contact customer support.
Ordered this beautiful bed, and was very excited to set up and as I started I realized I do not have the hardware, the screws did not come with my package. There were a lot of chips and it looks used. I was honestly so excited for my daughter to have this floor bed, and now reading the reviews not sure if I’d receive a response. I’ve tried to email, and I’ve tried to call. I haven’t heard anything. I spent a lot of money on this bed and hoping some hardware could be sent back to me, or how I do about getting a refund!
