You can also visit our Grab & Go shop at 79 High Street, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3ET. We cater for a range of tastes including gluten free and vegan. The best sushi in the Edinburgh area
Everything Minato makes is delicious! They have a fantastic range with creative flavours, and lots of great vegetarian and vegan offers. This is a rare business that delivers wonderful customer service and amazing food. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent Sushi, Lovely Team
Great communication when sorting out an order for a large group, and the team were so nice when I got mixed up about where I was supposed to collect my order. And above all, the sushi was a massive hit and everyone was happy and well fed!
