Couldn't ask for better service. I called with a technical issue with my automower. Thought I'd need to spend 5 times more than I did. Got advice on how to double check an error. Was diagnosed in a minute and was great service.
I placed an order which had a promotional item. I got a phone call the same day advising that the promotional item was out of stock. They offered me a choice of alternative attachments for the tool I ordered free of charge. I was very impressed with their proactive approach and I will certainly use them again.

Ordered a hosepipe reel, which was dispatched the next day and arrived the day after that, with tracked delivery / information about delivery time i.e. all very efficient. And the product is as expected / all good. (Am leaving a review for the same reason as earlier reviewer - I checked them out on Trust Pilot before ordering and there were only 3 reviews - but all were 5 star - and here's another!)

We purchased a Stijl 4 inch mini GTA26 chainsaw which has far exceeded our expectations. We have been cutting logs up to 8 inches in circumference, my only negative comment is the battery life after a full charge, but if used as a pruning tool absolutely perfect, no regrets.
I had never heard of this company, so did a quick check on Trustpilot to see what other people were saying. There were no reviews, but as the price was very competitiv, I took a leap of faith and ordered a hose pipe on Friday. It arrived on Monday, the next available working day, so nothing to complain about here!
