My husband and I have had a few sessions so far and enjoyed the experience. We have a busy lifestyle with kids and work, but the scheduling has been great, and love that we can join the session from anywhere! Our therapist is wonderful and listens to both of us equally. I am happy with what we have covered so far and look forward to our schedules sessions.

My therapist is very sweet and so helpful in more ways i could even explain in this review. She helped my partner and i in so many ways and we hope to continue our journey

My husband and I have been seeing Mandy for 3 weeks now and she is awesome. She helps us both see things from a different perspective and has given us tools to help us understand each other more and how to handle our arguments without escalating. This service works and is very affordable.

Mind engage is one of the best choices we have made as a couple , we are always excited for our sessions and have incorporated so many strategies we learned with our counselor into our relationship ,we feel stronger as a unit and we always have so much fun during our sessions, we feel this something we will continue for a long time we are learning so much about each-other , thank you mind engaging for making us stronger!

I found a counselor that totally understands and is able the understand my condition and concerns. We have been seeing her her 12 weeks and its great.

This service seems like a scam. It's difficult to reach anyone to schedule sessions. Thearpist are oversees. My Thearpist was young and seemed inexperienced. I would not recommend or use them again. It was a waste of time and money!!!!!!!

Sid is really good at trying to help

I was charged for 8 sessions even though I had 0. They only contacted me one time (when I signed up) over text. No response when I replied and no answering my phone calls. I had to go to my bank to be refunded and I'm still waiting for the money 2 months after being charged. I needed help for my issues, NOT more issues! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Therapy was great but the person who schedules the sessions doesn't respond right away with the next therapy session. We missed a session because of this. Not only that I recommended them to a friend. NEVER AGAIN! Because the same thing happened to her.

If I'm going through something stressful and need to speak with someone I don't want added stress because of the hassle with booking.

I signed up for couples therapy and did not receive an email explaining anything, even after asking multiple times. It wasn’t until the third time I asked Tim that I was sent the email. I had specifically asked for an older man for couples therapy for us and they told me the gender doesn’t matter, but actually, it does and that’s why I requested what I requested. I wanted my husband to have someone he respected. I was particularly unstable after a muscle relaxer I have been on for years was changed to a different one without a slow enough taper, it’s known to cause people psychiatric issues and was causing me to be extremely emotional and very suicidal. My husband didn’t understand and was not being supportive and I was falling apart. I shared all of that with Tim Murphy and told him I wasn’t doing well and having a panic attack and he literally text me, “Control yourself until the session! Everything will be fine.”
It wasn’t fine. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days.
I feel like if you are going to have a business in mental health you need to be able to be more compassionate to people when they are suffering. Telling me to “hold it together” and everything will be fine implies choice in this matter. I was not choosing to have the issues I was having and needed a compassion. Their comment made me feel so much worse in a time of extreme emotional pain and confusion. I asked for a full refund after I got home from the hospital.
You cannot chose your therapist like they imply, like the other services if you don’t like that one just find a new one.
They are unprofessional and disorganized in emailing the proper things for you to be able to set your profile up.
They are obviously extremely inexperienced at this and have no business interacting with the public.
When I asked for a full refund they stopped responding to my messages. A full refund has not been submitted to my bank account.

Great therapy experience, but wish there was more guidance up front into the process. We were afraid that this website was a scam due to no communication.

Mindengage charge my credit card. Then I receive a text to schedule a meeting. We sent our dates of availability. No response was given for over a week after many texts. I requested a refund and let them know through email and text that we did not want their service since we felt ignored and no service was given. I received a text message that said "Perfect". I contacted my credit card company which refunded our payment as the mindengage did not for November. I checked my credit card statement today for December and again this month we where charged. My credit card refunded me again which has an open investigation against mindengage. I feel taken advantage of. Be very aware.

We attempted to use this service. When we set up an account I was supposed to receive an email, I did not. I attempted calling in several times with no response. Eventually Tim Murphy texted me. After about 6 hours he finally responded. I looked up reviews for this company and found out that their customer service is very poor.
They charged me for setting up the account. When I wanted to cancel, Tim stated that they do not issue refunds. I ended up calling my financial institution and had the payment blocked.
Stay away from this shady company.

Our relationship counselor Sid has been a great help to us. She has a way of bringing our problems into focus and helping us to see them for what they are. At the same time she has a very warm and cheerful personality that makes it easier for us to open up and be honest with each other. She also has a great sense of humor. Our relationship is in a much better place than when we started and I can't say enough good things about her and her ability as a counselor. Thank you Sid!

Our counselor is amazing! She’s helped my partner and understand each other so much. We’ve learned to talk things out with more patience and respect our space.

We absolutely love our counselor, Sid. She has been patient and understanding and provided us calm in chaos. However, the scheduler that we are partnered with has been more of a struggle to work with. We missed a session because he didn't send us the link when I had been chasing him for it for two days. If I have a schedule conflict and ask inadvace if there is anything we can do he is dismissive with the overall attitude that of "that sounds like a personal problem". If it weren't for the unfavorable scheduling experience mind Engage would have 5 stars.

My partner and I really liked the counselor we were paired with, but MindEngage’s client coordination is terrible. We never received an introductory email, but a text from a Tim Murphy. Tim apparently coordinates all the sessions, but is generally unresponsive and super hard to contact to schedule a follow up. This is the second review I’ve seen criticizing Tim’s and MindEngage’s professionalism. We exhausted every means of contact and waited until 20 minutes past the time for our supposed second session to no avail. We were very unhappy with this experience and quite frankly disappointed that people who need mental health support are treated in such a disrespectful way.
