Stay away from Mindmetric.ai! SCAM. Same situation as everyone else. I cancelled my debit card after first monthly charge $29.99AUD and it still managed to charge my account through Apple Pay today. Has anyone had any success getting it cancelled?

Never in any of the emails have they so much as mentioned of any subscription plan. I checked and rechecked all the correspondences and there was absolutely nothing as such. They lure you into a seemingly one-time payment and then secretly subscribe you to a subscription plan. This surely has to be unlawful. They also don't offer any way to opt out the subscription either which in and of itself must be illegal too. Been two days since I was charged AUD 60 in 2 installments of AUD 30 each. I contacted them over the email and have only received an AI generated response. I had to cancel my card and file a chargeback through my bank service provider, but I don't know how it'll pan out. Please stay away from these scammers. Their reports are nothing of substance. These people only want to con you out of your hard-earned money.

Your automated email response even acknowledges that users may request immediate cancellation, proving you are fully aware of the issue.

As with all the others, I stupidly didn't check the reviews, and was tricked out of 3 months subscriptions before I realised. I too thought it was just a one off payment for the test. Should be banned from advertising. Absolutely a scam.

also got scammed after paying 2dollars for a test and now they charged me with 30. i had to cancel my card.

Scam!! Paid for a $2 test and they charged me $19.99 a month. Just emailed them. Stay away from these sketchy people.

Just as most of the other reviewers here, I also got scammed by buying the Test result in a onetime payment and now being charged for the subscription.
I can just recommend to stay away from this platform, since even the quality of the test is nonesense.

Terrible. Took a test on an app that seemed to indicate that it was free. Then hit with $22 in charges. No way to cancel on the site. Emailed the company and they better refund. Stay away.

As everyone, I paid the 2 USD test, and then they charged 20 USD of a monthly subscription that I have never enrolled.
Customer support is bullshit, only AI agents saying nonsense.

got scammed as everyone else too. luckily, I've made the $1.99 purchase with paypal and could easily claim the money for the subscription back (just attached the trustpilot link). thank you paypal!

I wasn't aware at all that I had signed up and finding it difficult to cancel. Absolute scam.

Gives out long tests for which they charge AT THE END to receive the results. Shame!

This is a scam don't use it. They aim to get you to buy one test. The report and results are terrible. Then they charge a re occurring monthly fee without you knowing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was charged a nominal fee to get the ADHD results (which was so poorly written and lacking in any content or links to the actual test). I've now been roped into an unwanted subscription for $19.99 because I didn't see the small print.
I asked for a refund and was told, no.

I told them this is an unlawful practise for an online business, all which legally must provide a 14 day cooling off period for services. Like all other businesses are bound to.

Mindmetric ai know full well people will make this mistake and are banking on effectively stealing this money from unsuspecting people. This is quite clearly a scam and needs reporting.

I had to cancel my bank account to avoid these scammers. They’ve upped their scamming game to taking repeated payments one after the other until your bank is empty. Luckily I don’t keep much money in my main account, I only transfer as needed but they charged $29 twice in a row. There’s was only $60 in my account but they took it all. Scammers need to be taken down. I’ll be after them now.

I had the same issue as all the other people. I got charged AU$29.99 when I only intended on paying for a single test result. I don't recall any indication at all that there would be any automatic subscription sign-up.

Rubbish questionnaire, poor ‘results’. The test was only about $3 but the took out over $30 two weeks later and refused a refund as this is apparently a subscription… even when only participating in one test….

This people are absolutely rubbish they steal the money without consent I was charged 19.99 usd for something I didn't agree and they refuse to refund the money I will go to the latest instances and report this scam company based in Australia I demand a refund it seems that is a common practice for them to steal people's hard money with their scam is just ridiculous and I beg anyone to avoid and report this fraudulent company as soon as possible. This phone number for the customer service is based in Australia and they don't even reply any call +61 1800 517 191 please someone help to issue a report with some consumer company in Australia this people are a total scam
