done a personality test, supposedly free. At the end of the test asks for a payment to view the results/report for £1.95.
Paid the fee, viewed the result then left the site and haven't been back. one week later I get a transaction from the company for £39.99!
Not happy, scammy people.

It would have been nice to know it was going to charge me before I started, and not claim it's free..

For a teen wanting help in decision making this was far too vague. Would not recommend this.

Nachdem ich einen Test gemacht habe und die Einmalgebühr bezahlt habe, bin ich in ein Abonnement geraten. Der Bestellprozess ist rechtlich fragwürdig, da das Abo nicht eindeutig im Bezahlbutton dargestellt. Hätte ich mehr Zeit, würde ich klagen.
Auch die Ausführlichkeit des Testergebnisses ist eher unbefriedigend.

Der Bericht ist ein Witz, kostet "nur" 2 Euro, aber die kann man sich tatsächlich sparen!
Und dann kommt noch eine versteckte Mitgleidschaft hinzu! Cave! Sofort kündigen, oder nach 7 Tage dann nochmals 30 Euro. Zum Glück hat mich ein Bericht hier davor bewahrt.

Achtung Betrugsmasche. Mit der Bezahlung für ein wenig aussagekräftiges Testergebnis schließt man ein teures Abonnement (39,99 Euro) ab, ohne das dies ersichtlich wäre. Ich habe um sofortigen Wiederruf meines Abos und Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Antwort des Kundenservices: Mein Abo wäre ja jetzt gekündigt, mir würden also keine weiteren Gebühren anfallen. Das ist eine bewusste Irreführung des Verbrauchers.

On June 7th, I purchased 30-day access to psychological test results for 7.99 PLN. The report was supposed to be sent to my email, but it never arrived. I didn't worry too much about it because it was a small amount. However, on June 14th, 164.99 PLN was deducted from my account for a subscription that I DID NOT sign up for. I don't even have an account there. I can't log in because the verification codes that are supposedly sent to my email address to allow me to log in never arrive.
After sending numerous emails, I received a reply stating that they will ensure I won't be charged 164.99 PLN again, but they want me to explain what influenced my decision (which I already did in a previous email), and they are trying to push a 50% discount for 2 months on me. They refuse to cancel a subscription that I NEVER BOUGHT. Since then, there has been radio silence, and I'm geting no answers as to when my refund will arrive.
I highly recommend everyone to file a chargeback with their bank and report the case to the European Consumer Centre. These thieves need to be punished once and for all.

So far so good. Really thought the questions hit a lot on things I struggle with and the results really told me more detailed insight on what I always felt but couldn’t explain

Utter scammers. The report I paid for was one page long. Totally useless. AI garbage. And then they signed me up for a repeating subscription illegally. No mention of it anywhere.

Completing the questions in the questionnaire was the most useful part of the process for realising things I do may be related to ADHD. The results just regurgitated that back to me in a way that was harder to take in to my (undiagnosed) ADHD brain. And didn't comment on whether my results were consistent with ADHD.

That'll teach me to pay for stuff on random websites.

Omg, thank you so much to the person who pointed out the £39.99 subscription you are signed up to in the background. What a scam. Noped out of that promptly though it took a bit of time to get into my account and cancel everything. At least it seemed possible to cancel and now I can only hope it has actually done that.

Ich wollte lediglich eine einmalige Auswertung eines Tests, nicht aber ein Abo abschließen, bei dem mir fast 40 Euro abgebucht werden! Dies war für mich auch nicht erkennbar. Sowohl der Test, als auch das zugleich vermeintlich abgeschlossene Abo sind Abzocke!

Ich habe gekündigt und das Unternehmen um Rückerstattung aufgefordert. Mal sehen, was passiert...
