Poor quality and returns are NOT free
I feel bad that I didn't think of checking the reviews on this company before purchasing... I bought a shower head that took one week to arrive already with a scratch on the main button. It's made of a super cheap Chinese plastic. I've paid £35 for a product that is worthy £3. I've asked how I can return it to get a full refund and they responded that I have to pay the shipping fee and they'll only refund me after they have inspected the item!!!! Every UK company offers free returns.... they're clearly a scam. So disappointed! Whom can we reach out to to file a claim against them???

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered a wall shower head and a tap filter from their website, first red flag was when the product arrived and it was all Chinese packaging and instructions. Second red flag was that there was no way to install the tap filter, despite the fact that it was advertised to fit all taps. Shower head worked fine until I ordered a replacement filter and found that there is NO WAY of getting into the shower head to replace the filter. I tried everything. After emailing the 'company' to ask how to change the filter, I received very vague instructions that weren't applicable. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

It really is shitty that they pretended they were a nz company then I get the package from Hong Kong . Mislabeled with half the address missing, sat in the post shop for 2 weeks until they finally called me to identify what I was expecting from Hong Kong. I told them .nothing .
But when it arrived. It was from there.
Deceitful and yes as the other reviewers put it,they buy cheap from china and pretend it’s not.

Amazing customer service
I ordered hydrogen water bottle back in December and I never received my parcel even though Fast Way courier was saying they did deliver (not sure what they did with it ) ,long story short Mineral Stream acted straight away by sending me another parcel , even though ut wasn’t their fault at all . I must say I was surprised with the quality of customer service there, I didn’t even think I will have my product back ,i was already preparing for battle with FastWay. I think that’s absolutely amazing it just shows how trustworthy they are. As for Fast Way not even one reply to my query , completely ignored. I will be ordering again with no doubt.

I bought a shower head from this business but it broke within 6 months. The product came with a 1-year warranty and I sought a refund based on this warranty and Australian consumer laws, however the merchant is refusing to refund me.
I would encourage anyone facing similar issues in Australia to lodge a complaint with their local consumer affairs authority. In Australia, the business name is Life O Pty Ltd, ABN 33 660 889 994, 8 Beulah Rd, Norwood, Norwood SA 5067, Australia (Mineral Stream AU is just their trading/brand name).

Der Versand erfolgt aus Großbritannien zwar versandkostenfrei, für eine eventuelle Rücksendung sind die Portokosten hoch und vom Erstattungsbetrag werden die Kosten für den Erstversand großzügig abgezogen.
In unserem Fall konnte der Kalkfilter nicht montiert werden und wurde retourniert. Gesamtpreis waren 61 Euro, Rücksendeporto war 17,99 und erstattet wurden 45 Euro. Also insgesamt 79 Euro bezahlt und 45 zurückbekommen.

I purchased two Mineral Stream shower heads for my showers, and both failed within weeks. The construction is incredibly cheap—both units cracked, and the water pressure dropped to barely a trickle unless I removed the filter.
When I contacted their customer support for a refund, they ignored my request and sent me just one replacement shower head, even though I made it clear both were faulty. After reaching out again, I was promised a refund but instead received two more replacements. When I complained, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because it had been over 30 days.
At this price point, the product should last far longer than 30 days. The experience felt like a scam—misleading advertising, subpar products, and dismissive customer service. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I initially emailed the Mineral Stream customer service term prior to ordering the hydrogen water bottle to confirm the size/capacity, in which the team advised me that the bottle was 750ml. I was thrilled to find out how large this bottle was as I had only come across bottles in 420ml or 450ml in my search for a hydrogen water bottle, and decided it would be worth paying more for the size. Many other companies sold this bottle for a lot less but as they were smaller in size, I decided it would be worth paying the $91 instead of $30 (approx) due to the size. I made my decision to purchase from Mineral Stream based solely on the information provided to me by their customer service team. I placed my order at the start of December to ensure it would arrive to me in Brisbane before Christmas but received no follow up emails to let me know that my order had been shipped. I followed up my order with the customer service team twice a day for nearly 2 weeks and only received a response twice, which was only to let me know that the customer service team would try get an update from their warehouse team to see if my order had been shipped. After the 2 weeks I finally received an update directly from AusPost to let me know that my item had been shipped, but I never received an update from the customer service team. When my order finally did arrive, the delivery slip noted that the bottle was 420ml. I emailed the customer service (the same person I had been dealing with from the start - Angie) and she let me know that the bottle is in fact 420ml and not 750ml like she had initially told me. She apologised for giving me the incorrect information but she did not offer me a free return or any credit for the inconvenience. I requested a refund and she sent me their postal address. As this was their mistake, I believe this should be their issue to fix. As the item arrived a couple of days before Christmas and we were going away for Christmas (I purchased the water bottle as a gift for my fiancé), I did not have time to order a new hydrogen bottle from anywhere else so I had to give this bottle to my partner. It is pathetic that I have to ask for the gift back from my partner so that I can return it and get him the same size bottle from another store, and I will use the extra $50 I spent for another gift for him. Hopefully I can still return this item by the time I get back from my trip! If I had known this bottle would be the same size as the other stores bottles, I would have got the $30 one from Big W or Amazon instead of paying $91 for this, they are all exactly the same. I have even compared the photos and 100% believe the bottles are all from the same suppliers in China, Mineral Streams just marked this up. I will never buy from Mineral Stream again and hope everyone reading this considers not buying from them. Terrible service, extremely disappointed

Pretty sure this is an online scam. When questioned about my order and when it would be received, the customer care staff can only advise they will follow up with the warehouse team for a tracking number. I will update this review if I do receive the item, but to date there is still no tracking number or item delivery after a few follow ups.
BAD BUSINESS SCAM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I only gave 1 star because I had to to leave a review, otherwise I wouldn’t have given any star.
The email with tracking number was not a link & the email didn’t include the courier name so I couldn’t track my order. Three weeks later I get a text stating order delivered. I was at home no one called my units intercom, I went straight down stair expecting to find my order and there was nothing. I immediately replied to the text asking where they left it as I haven’t got my order, no reply. I sent email to both Mineral Stream & their courier of choose imile explaining what I mentioned above, they both ignored I hadn’t received it & mineralstream sent a tracking link to imile their courier of choose stating it was delivered. I sent another email advising I did not receive my order, I confirmed my address was correct & asked they please read the details carefully stating what happened again & requested proof of delivery. Their reply this time was again requesting I confirm my address (which I did in previous emails) again with no other information or acknowledgment of what I told them & requested from them. Their courier details on their website are not valid & I have never had any reply/acknowledgment from them.
I believe both minerstram & their courier are bad business & I would strongly encourage you go else ware for your water filter.
The VitalityPro Showerhead is a skin saver
The VitalityPro Showerhead from mineralstream has really transformed my skin and hair, and how I start my day - I really feel nice taking a shower and better than a coffee to kickstart my day. I had small installation issues and their customer service team was very helpful in suggesting me to buy the handle as well, which sorted out the installation. The showerhead was delivered within 3 days which I would say is reasonable. Would really recommend the product quality.

I was trying to reorder because of great product and service when I noticed this page. Very strange because my experience has actually been amazing. I ordered the Vitality Pro Showerhead from MineralStream after I noticed the price difference with other popular brands offering similar effects. The showerhead is amazing and has had a noticeable difference in my hair fall as well as skin. I had to get in touch with the company regarding a discount code not working but the customer service was very good and helped me get a discount on my replenishment filter.

My mother bought the bottle for me in birthday present.
when i put water in it, it started leaking water from the bottle.
I asked for the invoice, and the order on the email. and she looked at me and said " NOt sure you can get i contact with them".
I tried. And after 3 days i got a respons. They asked me to send a video or pictures of the bottle.
I did. I askede for my money back.

Be aware
Purchased a shower head for my salon. It was late arriving and I had to chase but it arrived eventually 3 weeks later. Communication was difficult and I was worried I had been conned. The shower head looked great initially and was easy to fit. Sadly it flooded our electric shower within 1 hour of use and broke the shower system completely as no hot water would come through. Had to get an emergency plumber in and buy a brand new shower unit and new shower head. Please be aware that the shower heads with the stop start button are not designed for electric showers. This is not advertised on their website, had it of been I would never of purchased this. It ended up costing me over £300 to rectify. I did send in a complaint email which has been completely ignored 3 times. They just sent me a refund for the shower head, probably to try and get rid of me. I would not recommend this company.
