Quick service

I asked for the fridge door bottle shelf and I received a smaller shelf.

My original bottle shelf broke, fell in the floor and shattered. Also on one other shelf the fittings has sheered off.

Part arrived quickly and well packaged. Many thanks 🤩

Charge a fortune for delivery and the main item I ordered was missing from the order. Customer service non existent with no phone number. Emails take weeks to respond.

Package arrived very promptly and was what I ordered. Exactly what I wanted.

Brilliant, helpful, proactive, knowledgeable service throughout

Clear website. Description covered all the important information I needed to confirm it was the correct part. Ordered in the evening it was dispatched the following morning and arrived the next day. Great service

Placed an order for a replacement glass door panel for my Bush cooker.
Part arrived promptly but was found to be incompatible.
Having a terrible job trying to sort this out. Need to return part and obtain a refund. Lack of communication from Minerva.

The item arrived on time and I had no problem with placing the order.
