Not what I purchased
The earrings delivered did not look like the ones I purchased. Significant difference -- it was an entirely different product, different color. The theme of the earrings could vaguely be described as similar.

order at Easter for Xmas delivery
Happy with the purchase but took nearly a week to arrive, when i emailed to enquire when it might arrive i didn't get a response from them, the track you order section in the shop app showed no information about my order at all (the shop app is pretty useless to be honest, just trying to get you to make further orders).
I probably wouldn't order from them again because of the long delivery period and not replying to emauls

Hi Steven, I'm sorry your delivery was slow, you ordered on a Friday and we posted out on a Monday, which is the next working day. We do offer express postage options if you need something in a rush, but you took the default free postage option. The shop app is not something we deal with, that is a Shopify app you can use to follow orders from all Shopify based websites, if you are unhappy with how it operates I would contact Shopify directly.
I am sorry, however, that your tracking number didn't get updated on the system, which appears to be a glitch with Evri, and that we missed your email, which is a genuine mistake on our part. We are a very small team and two of us were away from the office due to a personal matter that week which meant the email got missed.
We always try to do our best and we're sorry that we fell short of your expectations. Kind regards, Marianne.

Good choice
Looking for this item and Minimum Mouse was the only stockist to have the dress I wanted in my size.
Delivery speed OK, courier was supposed to notify delivery date but this didn't happen.

Earrings
Earrings - one was broken off and actually missing. Not in envelope. Not happy. I've kept the one earring. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter.
