I used to frequent a different travel review site, but it didn't have much for kids on it, so I was thrilled to find Minitime. What I love about it is that it isn't just reviews - it is truly a travel-planning site. You can create a trip, and Minitime will give you a fillable calendar for each day. Then you can drag and drop your hotels, restaurants, and attractions right into the calendar, so your entire is planned. With kids, we have found this kind of advance planning to be a must! There is also a trip journal tab, where you can write in notes, impressions, etc., and you can upload photos as you go. I've shared entire trips with the Minitime community, and I appreciate when others do the same, so that we don't have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to planning. This is overall a fabulous website with so many uses!

One of those ideas that you kick yourself for not having on your own. The site is an invaluable tool for planning family vacations. The best part is that you can see the trips that other people have taken and read their tips and comments about each stop. I am so much more comfortable taking other people's advice as opposed to a search engine.

This website is awesome for family-friendly fun in so many cities! I used this website to plan a trip to New York City with my family and the tips and tricks were such a big help. Ways to save big money in the big city and the suggestions for free activities was a great help in such an expensive city. I would definitely use this site again when planning our next vacation.

I am a mother of two boys, 8 and 1. It is extremely difficult for a family vacation without my husband because they are both at different age gaps. I would have loved this site when my 8 year old was small! It is time consuming trying to find attractions in the area you want to travel, especially if it allows children.

To test the website out I put in my local area, and then our vacation area. I loved it. It was instant results, and reviews on the place all in one. We are from Cleveland, OH where winter seems to be the highlight of our four seasons. We love beach vacations and water vacations; this site led us to the perfect spots.

I found this website to be very helpful while planning our family trip to Florida. They asked where we were going and I picked Key Largo, Fl, but it gave us recommendation to travel to Key West, Fl because of discounts. It gave us kid friendly amenities that some websites don't offer. Family attractions were amazing and website was user friendly. This is a site that the whole family can enjoy.

After recently planning a family vacation to Washington D.C. using MiniTime I will never go without it again! The site is easy to use, detailed and provides a great deal of value to someone who is planning a family vacation. I really liked their lists of kid-friendly hotels, because a hotel can really make or break a vacation. This website is so awesome! It helps me plan the best trips for my family. I used to be really good at planning excursions before I had kids, but now that I do have kids, its harder for me to find things to do that are interesting to my husband and I but still entertaining for the kids. My sister showed me Minitime site for kids travel suggestions. I like how they list all of the kids attractions all over the US so you can find new stuff to do. Last time we used minitime we booked a trip to Chicago and toured the city and went to a Cubs game..Recommend their website to any parent out there, handy resource.

There are so many travel sites out there but no one is really special for families.
Minitime is giving you reviews of parents and you can sort them to show only reviews from families with kids your age. Cool.
Also the amount of information and tips they have in there is unbelievable.
