Ständige Fahrzeitänderungen schon im Vorfeld, unpünktlich. Die MS FLORENCIA ist ein altes abgeranztes Schiff, ungepflegt und völlig verdreckt, überall klebt es. Kabine mit ungeputztem Bad, kaputter Dusche und teilweise verdreckter Bettwäsche. Service nicht vorhanden. Besser vermeiden, kein europäischer Standard! Allerdings scheint die einzige Konkurrenz ( ANEK) lt. Bewertungen zwar teurer, aber nicht viel besser zu sein.

Wir waren von Ancona nach Igoumenitsa unterwegs. Leider hatten wir 2-3h Verspätung. Das war etwas mühsam, weil wir draussen in der Sonne warten mussten. Kabine war okay. Sauber, nicht mehr das neuste aber für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Essen war jetzt auch nicht so mein Geschmack, etwas kalt und nicht so appetitlich vom Aussehen. Besser man nimmt selber Esswaren mit. Die Preise fand ich okay für Getränke und Snacks. Es gab ein kleines Casino, man konnte mit Karte bezahlen überall und immer! Die Angestellten waren freundlich und das Schiff war auch gar nicht überfüllt. Platz gab es wirklich viel. Sogar eine kleine Bar beim obersten Deck mit Musik gab es. Das war toll.

Biglietto annullato in data 10/09, 24 ore prima a loro detta causa maltempo, bufala grandiosa in quando tutte le altre viaggiavano tranquillamente. Senza rimborsi ma solo biglietti aperti, come se questa compagnia fosse ovunque. Mai più sconsiglio vivamente.

Fahre seit vielen Jahren mit Minoan von Ancona, früher nach Patras, jetzt nach Igumetsia, da Patras nicht mehr angefahren wird. Die Fähren werden von Jahr zu Jahr heruntergekommener und dreckiger. Diesmal gab's keinen Duschvorhang mehr in der Kabine, nur dreckige Handtücher voller schwarzer Streifen, das Essen im Restaurant schlicht ungenießbar, das Personal wie die Fähre, schmudelig und gleichgültig. Nur die Preise steigen, der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Ich muss allerdings erwähnen, daß dies nur für die internationale Sparte von Minoan gilt, die von Grimaldi aufgekauft wurde. Die nationale Verbindung von Athen nach Heraklion ist um Welten besser. Aber Grimaldi ist eine Zumutung.

the ferry should have left at 9.00, with indications in the ticket to show up 5 minutes earlier. due to public transport, late, not only my partner and I, but 7 other passengers arrived in a hurry to boarding, to see the boat leave at 8.59 in front of our eyes, without the possibility of a refund and with lots of insults . considering that it is a marina, which should provide services to tourists and not take advantage of the inefficiency of Greek public services, this is a shame

Siamo alla follia totale! Non dovete assolutamente prendere un traghetto dalla Grecia all’Italia con questa compagnia. Si tratta di veri e propri RISCHI! Non si tratta di pareri o recensioni, se non volete rischiare di essere vittime di risse, vostro malgrado, di ammalarvi di qualche malattia (il COVID nn ci ha insegnato nulla! ), di non trovare cabine e dover ammassarvi in mezzo alla sporcizia assoluta, NON PRENDETE QUESTE NAVI. Vi prego facciamolo presente, denunciamolo, non permettiamo che queste cose passino inosservate!

I’m appalled by not having a seat for close to five hours people laying down on the lounges putting bags on chairs and refusing to take them off and let the sit why don’t the crew members tell them to be fair and let everyone have a chair I will never travel again with this company

Fähre Igouminitsa nach Ancona.
Wir haben leider sehr kurzfristig gebucht und nur noch Deck-Plätze bekommen.
Statt der Venezia 2 sind wir mit der Venezia (1?) gefahren. Das Schiff war überfüllt, überall lagen Menschen auf den Böden. Alle bisherigen Rezensionen geben wieder, was wir auch erlebt haben.

Dreckig, unfreundliches Personal, überteuerte Preise für schlechtes Essen, Verspätung bei der Ankunft in Ancona. Es hat gestunken - die schlimmsten 20 Stunden, die man sich vorstellen kann. Um zu Parkdeck 1&2 zu kommen, muss man durch die LKW Halle, muss in der Abgas-Luft warten, wird angeschrieben.
Das Personal ist überfordert und unfähig. Das ist die schlimmste Fähre, die es gibt. Bucht nicht bei Minoan oder Grimaldi!!!!
Wir waren die ganze Zeit nur draußen, was in der Nacht kühl und feucht war und am nächsten Tag kaum in der Hitze kaum zu ertragen war.
Wenn es allerdings geregnet hätte, ich möchte mir das Chaos nicht vorstellen. Die Menschen hätten sich noch mehr gestapelt. Ach ja und zwei Schlägereien hätte es auch fast zwischen Personal und Passagieren gegeben. Legal ist diese Art der Personenbeförderung sicher nicht!

Those who want to experience torture of an overloaded ferry where clearly the accommodations cannot serve this many people and only for a little over 700 euros from Igoumenitsa to Ancona, a 20 hrs trip I might add, Minoan Ferry lines is your best choice! I envy the staff who endures this as well.

Never take it. The ferry was late for 2 hours, other people took our places and no one at the ferry checked who takes which places. People who took our places didn't want to leave and we had a scandal on the ferry just because they don't check anything. we lost one day of our vacation. Also, the ferry boarding was not safe. The cars were driving in the same road as people walking. They did not have enough space for luggage and people needed to carry 20+ kg luggage by stairs. It was a disaster. Not safe, not on time and our places were taken.

3 hours delay without any update .

VIP class was nice but all the servers are rude and not very good service as it is very slow!
I'd expect this at a restaurant but not we're this is maximum 10 people here in VIP

We took the Minoan Lines ferry from Athens to Santorini and then a few days later to Heraklion. The VIP class was nice. It appears it’s the only ferry offering a real premium cabin. You can order food with a waiter vs linking up downstairs. The extra fee was absolutely with it. Their website shows a 3d view of the cabins and classes and they are accurate and true. I was able to reserve seats of my choosing by emailing their support team. Response was prompt. I also liked the fact the ferry was on time and clean. I can definitely recommend Minoan Lines. Juist terug van onze reis naar Griekenland.
Ferry Ancona-Igoumenista gecanceld wegens onweer op zee. Dag later wel kunnen vertrekken op een ferry van MINOANlines. Aan boord waren werkmannen volop bezig met renovaties in de gangen en cabines. Niet te doen!
De terugreis was geboekt bij dezelfde maatschappij, Minoanlines. Een week voor de terugreis kregen we een SMS dat ook die ferry gecanceld werd zonder een reden op te geven. Wel een paar mogelijkheden om om te boeken. Dus wij van Igoumenista naar Brindisi, dag nadien 600km tot Ancona, ik ben eens benieuwd of we nog wat centen kunnen recupereren...
Ook onderweg andere reizigers gesproken. NOOIT meer met die ferrys! Zeker niet met Minoan ferry? Beter over land via Servië, vertelden ze.

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Griechenland. Wenn wir keinen Platz mehr auf der schnellen Fähre bekommen,buchen wir notgedrungen Minao lines.Aber das ist wirklich nur eine absolute Notlösung weil da nichts klappt.Heute schon 2,5 stunden verspätet

Please be ready that they don’t clean cabins. Linen is dirty, with hairs and loads of holes. Toilet is never cleaned, smells like worst toilet on the motorway. Avoid grimaldy and Minoan. Just an idea that car and cabin for two costed us 1200 euro both ways.

Wir haben eine Fähre nach Patras gebucht, welche leider einen Zwischenstopp in Igoumenitsa machte. Um halb 6 morgens wurde unser Auto ausgerufen und wir mussten ausparken, da das Personal anscheinend ihren Job nicht richtig gemacht hat und wir an der falschen Stelle im Parkdeck standen. Bei einer 16 h Fährfahrt dann um halb 6 geweckt zu werden war schlimm. Das Personal war nach einer Ansprache werder freundlich, noch entgegenkommend, sodass ich nach einem kurzen Gespräch einfach ihnoriert wurde. Zudem waren die gebuchten Buissiness Liegeplätze um einiges unbequemer, als die economy Sitzplätze. Das Essen ist zwar günstig, aber schmeckt nicht. Schiff an sich recht gut ausgestattet.

We have been experiencing too much noise from schools, lack of sleep, not value for money. Paid a lux cabin 220+ euros and could not sleep…awful
