Minoan Lines S.A. Avaliações 

Wir haben die Autofähre (Minoan Lines) von Venedig nach Patras, Abfahrt Venedig am 28.9.17 und die Rückfahrt am 31.10.17 ab Patras um 19:00 Uhr gebucht und bezahlt.
Diese Rückfahrt wurde ohne Angabe von Gründen, ohne mich zu informieren, gestrichen. Zum Glück hatte mein Auto am 28.10. ein kleines Problem. Die Werkstatt konnte mir nicht sicher sagen, ob das Auto bis zur Abfahrt der Autofähre fertig ist.
Ich setzte mich mit Aferry in Verbindung und erkundigte mich, ob es möglich ist, sollte mein Auto nicht fertig werden, meine Rückfahrt um zwei Tage zu verschieben. Aber die Werkstatt hat das Auto noch am Samstag, den 28.10.17 repariert.
Von Aferry bekam ich, offensichtlich von Google übersetzt, unleserliche E-Mails.
Schlussendlich konnte ich mühselig entziffern, was Aferry uns angeboten hat. Bitte lesen Sie weiter unten.
Als große Frechheit habe ich auch empfunden das Aferry mein Konto öfters einfach gesperrt hat und ich keine Möglichkeit hatte mit Aferry zu kommunizieren.
Nun zu den "Angeboten" statt der bereits bezahlten Überfahrt Patras-Venedig:
1. Fahrt von Igoumentisa-Ancona am 1.11.2018, sollte wohl 2017 heißen.
Von Patras bis Igoumenitsa sind es über die Autobahn 275 km. das sind knapp 3 Stunden Fahrzeit.
Von Ancona bis Venedig sind es 375 km. und 3,6 Stunden Fahrzeit.
Zusammen 650 km. und 6,6 Stunden Fahrzeit. Dazu kommen noch die Mautgebühren und meine Lenkzeit ist ja auch nicht gratis.
Dazu das "großzügige" Angebot von Aferry Ltd 60 Euro Fahrtkostenerstattung.
2. Kostenfreie Stornierung der Rückfahrt mit voller Erstattung des Rückfahrttickets, es wurde uns kein Betrag genannt. Der Betrag hätte die tatsächlichen Kosten für eine Rückfahrt enthalten müssen.
3. Umbuchung Patras Ancona am 2.11.2017 (2018)
Ancona-Venedig wieder 375 km. und ca 3 Stunden Fahrzeit plus Autobahnmaut plus meine Arbeit als Fahrer.
Erstattung von Aferry Ltd 0,0 Euro.
Zu der Kabine:
Es wurde ja eine 2 Bettkabine auf eine 4 Bettkabine umgerüstet. Angeboten wurde sie als Kabine mit 2 Betten.
Wir hatten eine solche 2 Bettkabine ein Jahr vorher. Die Kabine war für 2 Personen minimal, aber durch den Einbau der zwei zusätzlichen Betten war es in der Kabine erdrückend.
Wir hätten diese Kabine sicher nicht gebucht.

Auch ist der Komfort, ob ich mit der Fähre fahre oder mit dem Auto unterwegs bin, ein anderer und müsste eigentlich abgegolten werden, aber so weit wollen wir gar nicht gehen.

ich hatte für mein Wohnmobil und mich bei der Fährreederei MINOAN eine Hin- und Rückpassage von Venedig nach Patras/Griechenland gebucht. Die Hinfahrt erfolgte am 4.10.2017 termingerecht. Die Rückfahrt von Patras nach Venedig sollte am 31.10.2017 erfolgen. Am 29.10. erhielt ich eine Nachricht von der Reederei, dass die Rückpassage am 31.10. ausfällt. Ich wurde seitens der Reederei umgebucht auf den 1.11.2017 mit einem anderen Fährschiff auf eine andere, ungünstigere Fährroute von Igoumenitsa/Griechenland nach Ancona/Italien. Hierdurch musste ich eine wesentlich längere Fahrstrecke mit meinem Wohnmobil durch Griechenland und Italien in Kauf nehmen, wodurch mir belegbare Mehrkosten in Höhe von 135 € für Treibstoff und Autobahnmaut entstanden sind, wovon die Reederei nur 60 € erstattet hat. Hinzu kommt ein höherer Verschleiß meines Wohnmobils und einen Tag Zeitverlust. Das Ersatzschiff entsprach nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Auf meine weitere Forderung reagiert die Reederei nicht mehr. Da ich in jedem Jahr nach Griechenland fahre, wird dies zukünftig bestimmt nicht mehr mit MINOAN sein.

Cestovali jsme 8/2016 3 lidi a 2 motorky na Trase Trieste-Patras.
Booking jsme měli dost dlouho předem. 3 lůžková venkovní kajuta byla prostorná,WC a sprcha byly malé,ale ne úplně mrňavé,povlečení a ručníky čisté.
Prostorná loď a docela ochotný personál. V samoobslužné restauraci jsme snídali,obědvali a večeřeli za dobré ceny, srovnatelné třeba s restauraci v Rakousku. Večer jsem dostali v baru k pivům a Coca Cole zdarma pistáciové oříšky.
Motorky byly v nákladním prostoru připevněny personálem proti pohybu a musím ocenit,že s opatrností a bez poškození.
V roce 2017 jsem chtěli opět objednat cestu na trase Patras-Trieste,ale bohužel společnost do Trieste nepluje.
Na trase s Itálie do Řecka zpět mohu Minoan Lines doporučit a v budocnu klidně použiju jejich služeb znovu. Spokojenost.
We traveled 8/2016 3 people and 2 motorbikes on the Trieste-Patras route.
We had booked long beforehand. The 3-berth outdoor cabin was spacious, the toilet and the shower were small, but not quite dirty, bed linen and towels clean.
Spacious ship and quite helpful staff. In the self-service restaurant we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at good prices, comparable to a restaurant in Austria. In the evening, I got a free pistachio nut in the beer bar and Coca Cole.
Motorbikes have been fixed in the cargo area by staff against movement and I have to appreciate that with caution and without damage.
In 2017, I wanted to order again on the Patras-Trieste route, but unfortunately the company does not go to Trieste.
On the route with Italy to Greece, I can recommend Minoan Lines and I will use the services again in the lobby. Satisfaction.

Furchtbare Erfahrung mit Minoan zu reisen, an Deck im Barbereich ist es entsetzlich schmutzig. Das self-service Restaurant ist was für Leute ohne Geschmacksnerven und das á la carte Restaurant kann man auch vergessen (überteuert und das selbe Essen wie im self-service Restaurant). Unfreundliche Kellner, keinerlei Englischkenntnisse an Board. Chaotische Abwicklung beim Ein-und Ausschiffen....nie wieder Minoan Lines!!!!!

The embarkation in Triest was a catastrophe. Nobody to tell about the delay of 3 hours! Departure at 7h30 and not 4h30! Also onboard nobody to guide. Quite annoying when driving with caravan. And no information about the expected arrivaltime in Igoumenitsa.
On our way back from patras to Triest same story. Chaos during embarkation. Cars, campers and caravans were obstructing the truckers. And again no information about the delay.
This was our last time with Minoan.

I booked a ferry from Patras to Triest with Minoan, which was very reasonably priced at about £45. A few days before the ferry was due to leave I got an email telling me the journey had been cancelled due to a strike and offered two dates to change the journey to. You cannot blame the company for this inconvenience, but when I arrived at the ticket office, they were unaware of the change, but did give me an alternate ticket.

The website doesn't give out much info. I was travelling with a bicycle and had to email for specifics, which were not available on the site. Details on collecting your ticket are also not listed.

The ferry was comfortable and there were plenty of places to sleep for those who buy a cheap "deck" ticket.

The facilities for bikes were not that good. On boarding I was instructed to lock my bike to a small railing. It seemed OK, but when I came to collect my bike I leant on the railing, only to find that it could easily be dislodged and the bike stolen.
