Ordering Process: Seamless.
Delivery Process: The delivery service provider was horrible.
Order: 1/10. Based on the previous order with MINT, I was told my clip-on was not sitting well because it wasn't done well and my PX isn't high. No blames. This time, I choose to do with MINT to ensure I get good work. Firstly, the coat on the glasses is peeling off. Then the clip-on is off & sitting wrongly making it completely useless. This time, they blamed the manufacturer and said that's how the glasses was made. Why then are you selling defective items to your customers? Zero quality control. The brand has done absolutely nothing more than offer a measly N2000 discount off my next order or a N2000 refund. Not a "we can replace the frames or something better". Just a "we are sorry you're dissatisfied but we can't do anything more and vibes.

What I ordered was what I got. Packaging was top notch.

The quality and size of the frame where less than would be expected for the price

Terrible customer service.
The wrong glasses were delivered, and when I reported the mix-up, I was repeatedly told I received exactly what I ordered, which was incorrect. Rather than take responsibility, the issue was dismissed.
It took several days to retrieve the wrong item and process my refund. Frustrating, inefficient, and highly unprofessional.

The glasses came in wonky, like they had been handled poorly.

Had challenges using the gift card. Though it's sorted.

I like that my lenses are transition and have blue light protection.
However, the communication wasn't great when it came to receiving my glasses. I had to follow-up with them before I was told when I could pick the glasses up. Organising a time to pick the glasses up and actually picking them up was also frustrating, My glasses and the pouch I provided came back dirty too, although I wonder if the "dirt" on the glasses was from a liquid lens cleaner.

I have used this frame for over a year now so I give proper review, this frame has passed through a lot, slept on, sat on it etc.. but it's still standing. I'm definitely going to get more frames from them.

Disappointed by these not even had them 6 maths and falling apart

The glasses are good quality but the attachment lenses for night or sunlight do not fit snug. I purchased them for night driving and seriously disappointed. I get glare with them, which is either due to not fitting tightly or poor anti glare quality.

The customer service is top notch and I love my glasses.

Although I wish I had a bit more freedom around selecting the colour of the accompanying accessories.
