I had a somewhat complex property to sell. More appropriate to deal with potential buyers directly. No need to sell through an agent. Took some 3 months and a little perseverance to sell at the requested price.

Setting up the web site was somewhat confusing and not necessary for the final advert. Replies and responses to my queries took several days sometimes which was frustrating. I also did not receive any weekly stats on web searches etc, but in the end I managed to sell the Unit and save a bundle

Thank you for the opportunity to take control of selling our property while saving exhorbitant agents' commission. As we are senior's needing to downsize, it was an excellent way to save money towards the cost of our new home and play an active role in the advertisement and sale as well. We had a steady stream of enquiries and sold to the first interested buyer.

I have always found my tenants by advertising through Minus the Agent. It's an easy to use website which enables you to create your listing. In the current rental market the response was quite overwhelming. It's very good value when you can get your listing on all the major advertising sites. Not sure but this time I couldn't seem to get them on the phone and calls were not returned. Even the online chat was not prompt. I ended up haven't to send an email. This has not happened in the past and I have found tenants on at lease 5 occasions and have highly recommended Minus the Agent to others

I have been using another providers service for a number of years and due to their lack of responsiveness to update the listing throughout the process, I missed countless opportunities/enquiries and needed to find another service provider.

Minus the Agent has been a breathe of fresh air due to their online portal where any changes are almost immediately made to the online listing. In addition to this, their responsiveness is phenomenal. I'll never use anyone else now and can't recommend them enough.

Very easy to deal with ..and extremely helpful. only downside was the brochure and the links did not always work.. generally we are really pleased.

We went with the cheapest option $499 and it got our property sold but I felt the website that you use to do your advert could have been more user friendly. Maybe if you go for the higher priced option you might get more functionality but I’m not sure. Would be great if they could put an Under Offer and Sold box to tick so that you don’t have to contact them to advise when this has happened. Would use them again though as it was value for money.

Didn't hear boo from them until they wanted to sell additions and there were a couple on interested people who tried to make contact through the websites but we didn't get the messages. Found out about them afterwards.
Not clear about how much actual contact you get from them in the initial package
