Great service, very responsive

Had a good experience overall.
Was easy to navigate the portal and book in inspections.
Any requests from my end were also actioned by the team at Minus the Agent in a timely manner.

Great exposure, easy and cheap. All up it only cost about $3000 to sell with online & conveyancer. This is the only way I will ever sell a house again.

We were happy with the online presence provided by MTA, and ultimately we did sell our home this way. Obviously happy to save the commission we would otherwise have to pay to an Agent.
We did however have some problems editing the listing, and found it difficult to get assistance from MTA in a timely manner.

Great that it was advertised on several sites and notifications of interested parties was also good. The for sale sign took to long to be delivered but I sold the property without the sign. Thanks David

Name says it all!! As far as renting a property from them dont do it.went to a open house during the week,no one showed up,no email canceling open home after i had registered for a viewing.agent could not be reached on phone and code given on listing did not work.zero communications. Very unprofessional.

Minus The Agent was very easy to deal with. The process was simple; from putting in the information for the listing to receiving the signs and brochures. The signs and brochures were of excellent quality and made it all look very professional. Any changes or problems were attended to quickly. I would highly recommend 'Minus The Agent', particularly if you want to save a bundle on real estate agent costs.

I have used minus the agent a few times to rent my property. Every time I've found tenants within 2 to 3 weeks of listing. I am sent text messages with contact details of the enquirer and they can also call minus the agent to obtain phone details, its a good service. They also allow as many changes to the ad as I need, and changes are acted upon quickly.

Although I found navigating the site difficult at the start, the staff were terrific in assisting and making changes along the way.
I think I would use their services if I ever get around to selling my own home in the future.

The best thing we ever did! House sold within 8 weeks. Webpage very easy to negotiate, and saved ourselves a large amount of money. Would only ever use Minus The Agent in future!
