I leased an investment apartment via Minus The Agent. I was competing with 9 other similar apartments available for lease in the building at the time, these had been available for 4+ weeks and assigned to professional real estate agents. I used Minus the Agent and leased mine within 7 days.

Process to list was easy and user friendly, I added options such as professional photos and “premier listing” on Real Estate and Domain which I would recommend. Was well supported by the Minus the Agent team whom were responsive and gave helpful guidance.

I think it's a scam not one contact in 9 months. No weekly changes with photos as promised. Total waste of TIME & money. It doesn't work

My property is still listed on Domain and I am still getting emails from prospective tenants after I cancelled the service and emailed minus the agent multiple times.

Minus the Agent made it very easy to advertise our house for lease and helped with all aspects of the process. Would highly recommend them. It seemed a great package deal to get advertising on so many different real estate platforms and we received enquiries from about half a dozen different sources. Our ad looked very professional (significant effort from ourselves to do so but that is the idea of it all) and we believe it stood out above many others in the same field.

We found your service excellent. Everything was so easy. We would have given five stars, except that the sticker with our phone number on, that we purchased from you, had an incorrect digit on it. We did not notice it was incorrect until someone emailed us through your site a week or two after the sign was put out, to point out the error. Otherwise, your service was great. Thank you.

Overall not a bad service but applications came in much later than they were actually lodged. I had to keep specifically asking if any applications were lodged before they were actually sent to me

In response to your reply of my review,firstly I did not suggest the 30 day time frame you advised me of that in an email and only after I posted a review you decided to backtrack and said it was a typo error.Really the 3 and the 6 are not even close on the keyboard so that is just nonsense!! you were trying to bluff me but were caught out. Just shows how dodgy you are and can't be trusted.
