I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mira Home pest services and would caution others to carefully review all documentation before agreeing to service.

A door-to-door salesperson visited my home, and I signed a pest control agreement. I was not provided with a copy of the signed contract or the terms and conditions at the time of signing. Based on the information presented to me, I understood that services would occur on a six-week schedule.

Before the next scheduled service, my credit card was automatically charged even though no service had been performed. No technician came to my property, no appointment was scheduled, and I received no invoice, work order, or service report explaining the charge.

When I questioned the billing, I repeatedly requested documentation supporting the charge, including a copy of my signed contract, invoices, and proof that services had been performed. Rather than addressing these concerns, the company insisted that future billing discussions take place by telephone, despite my request that communications remain in writing so there would be an accurate record of the dispute.

After what I believe to be the company’s failure to perform under the agreement, I terminated the contract and expressly revoked authorization for any future automatic charges. Despite that revocation, an additional payment was processed, which I dispute as unauthorized.

The company has also asserted that I owe an early termination fee and has threatened to send the account to collections. I dispute that claim because my position is that the agreement was terminated only after the company failed to provide the contracted service and continued billing despite my written objections.

Throughout this process, I have attempted to resolve the matter professionally by requesting documentation and communicating in writing. My experience has been frustrating due to the lack of documentation provided, the billing practices I experienced, and the company’s unwillingness to address my concerns in writing.

I encourage prospective customers to ensure they receive a complete copy of any agreement before signing, understand all billing and cancellation terms, and closely monitor any recurring payment authorizations.

Unprefessional, grass killers, their products do not work. I have increased pest. tried to cancel the contract they keep giving me the runaround to talk to their managers. such a joke of a company. I only signed up because the field solicitor practically begged me.

They hire piece of crap salesmen that ignore no soliciting, ignore you saying no, and ignore you closing your door. They just come back and pound on your door. These people should not have a business. They are awful.

I called to get info about pest control and told him I would call back after researching other companies. Within 48 hours I rec'd 25 phone calls. I kindly asked them to remove me from their list and theu said they would bit continued to call. The last rep I talked to say to just block our number. Unbelievable!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a door to door salesman. Beware! I probably told him no 25 times, but he wouldn’t stop, high pressure, calling me negligent because I “wasn’t caring for my house”, and it even got to the point where he was making fun of me cause I wouldn’t buy from them. Hopefully they never knock on your door!

When I talked with customer salesman, I told the representative that I didn’t want a contract. I had just moved in my home. The rep said that there was no contract and I can cancel any time. What he didn’t say that in order to cancel I would have to pay $392. The service is $162 dollars every two weeks and I wasn’t told that. I really want to cancel but can't keep paying $162 every two weeks. This company in Norcross, GA is a rip-off. This is predatory business on hard working people.

I tried canceling but was turn down. I hate this company. Bad customer service and lies by the rep.
Also, the salesman told me the company was Mira Homes Pest Control. Mira pest Control is totally different from Mira Homes Pest Control.
If I could give them a zero star, I would!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Mira Home Pest services, and after comparing notes with other one‑star reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. I urge you not to do business with this company in any capacity. In my case, a door‑to‑door salesperson visited late at night despite my ‘no soliciting’ signs, pressed hard for a sale even after I declined and left only after repeated requests. The salesperson, Eli, promised me a substantial discount when we spoke in April 2025, and, knowing I was renting, he assured me I could cancel without penalty when my lease ended in August. That assurance convinced me to sign up. I ended up extending my lease until October 2025 and called to cancel in November. At that point, the company claimed the salesperson had misinformed me and refused to honor the cancellation without charging a fee. Based on this experience, I feel obligated to warn others in Florida to carefully read about the tactics this company uses before engaging their services.

Please don't sign an 18 month contract with these people. If they were a reputable company they would rely on their ability to rid your homes of bugs at a fair price instead of conning you into signing a contract that is $370 to cancel. My home saw an increase in spiders since they started spraying($200 per treatment). I was burned. Please don't be like me.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. They only want your money. One of their sales reps lied to me, claiming the service would be monthly during the summer. They showed up only once in June but still charged me for June, July, and August.

When I called, they admitted the service isn’t monthly but the payments are, because “charging the full amount upfront would be too expensive.” That’s a complete bait-and-switch.

When I pushed back, their customer service hid behind a 50-page terms and conditions document—something they know no normal customer has time to read.

I finally canceled, and they still hit me with a $369 cancellation fee. This is a predatory, dishonest company. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Really sad that your company would send reps to a community that has clear signs at each entrance saying no soliciting. It is even more sad that you would send them on Memorial Day of all days. The reps knock on doors of hones that have very visible no soliciting signs. You are a very disrespectful company who employs and encourages piece of shit employees who are filled with nothing but disrespect.
