I have placed my order up on ur ad in Facebook and I have received a completely different wallet, I have contacted the team and sent mail but no reply for the mail...I spent 300dhs . It's not a small amount for me...I am waiting for a wise decision from the team otherwise I will raise a complaint...

Unmatched design to what been discussed and ordered.
The delivered item is completely different design to what was been agreed. The sample was in italic font (e.g. caligraphy) and in good lay-out, but the one has been made and delivered is very basic font (like Arial).
