The company is a scam!!! Do not, under any circumstances, order anything from them. Placed order 3 weeks ago...nothing, not even a simple status update. Being shipped from China explains alot!

I have not received my order yet, so I do not have a product review. However, Big red flags popped up when I discovered that the products I ordered are shipped from China.

I ordered from a site called Kovacare.com they advertised the Order that I was purchasing Three Fragrances of Pheromone Body Butter, All Mariano, Louis Vuitton Imagination, Baccarat Rouge 540 , and Creed Aventus. I received was three 3.35 oz jars of something labeled, EASTMOON Agarwood Fragrance Body Butter for Men not even the same Product Name. When I sent an email describing the problem they replied stating I would need to send the product back before they could refund my money. One of the problems is that the Return Address they gave is in Portugal and would cost more than $100 to ship it to their address. The other problem is that after searching for complaints I found other customers who had the exact same problem ordered one thing and received another. These people are using the postal system to Rip people Off

I ordered 10 lotions- 5 men and 5 women June 12, 2026. Delivery stated it would arrive 6 21-26. No package. I reached to the company via email. She said they were restocking and will ship soon. I got 10men products none of the women's. Emailed again. They said they would check into it. 4 days later, still no response. I emailed again and said I wanted to return them. She told me they were out of stock for the women's. How convenient. I was not going to pay $155 for half of the products that I ordered. Alicia from CS said she will return the 5 womens lotions and I dud not need to return the extra 5 men's product that I did not order! That was very kind if her.
Obviously, they do not have lab space to make enough product.
You probably will not get what you ordered and it will delivered extremely late!

I ordered there product over 3 weeks ago still haven't received my order. Tried customer service no response. Says fast shipping from us, but nothing. I am disappointed with there customer service and not being notified about my order.

I would definetly give a rate well below 000000
This company is a scam, be very carefull.
Ive placed an order in over 3weeks ago and i didnt even got a confirmation of purchase. No response to my emails. Please stay away from this company
