I experienced the sudden appearance of some nicks and chips in the blade of my beloved utility knife. it had been a gift so I had no order number or other details but the customer support team were understanding, friendly and prompt in responding with a replacement knife. I was so impressed by this support that I immediately ordered a set as a Christmas present for my daughter.

I had an error in my purchasing process and their customer service was A+ in remedying the issue. The product is fantastic as always with Misen.

I purchased two 8 in. Preseasoned carbon steel pans during the Black Friday promotion. One of the pans came with a small chip/cut on the edge of the pan so I immediately contacted customer support (via email) to see if they can replace it. I included a couple of pictures of the chipped pan and asked if they could send a different pan prior to Xmas for gifting. Misen customer service responded promptly and within a couple days they had a new pan shipped out with no further questions. I appreciated their quick resolution and professional customer support.

AMAZING customer service. I purchased a 7Qt Dutch Oven about 4 years ago and its been a fantastic kitchen "go to" ever since. Unfortunately, last week a small chip developed in the enamel and as I cleaned the pot, the chip grew to the size of a quarter. I email Misen with pictures, less than a day later they responded with a sincere apology, saying it was fully covered by their warranty and they shipped me a brand new unit. No cost for shipping, no cumbersome return process, no hassle whatsoever! I absolutely recommend Misen for the highest quality cookware and best customer service!

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with one of my pans, and to be honest, it was due to user error. Misen fixed it anyway. Both Holly and Andrea were extremely helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure that my issue was quickly and thoroughly addressed.

I recently received a Misen 10” fry pan as a gift. It stands up very well to high heat and cooks evenly across the pan. I love it! From there I checked out more offerings from Misen. I ordered their algae cooking oil and two knives. The oil is odorless and withstands high heat, just as I like. The boning knife quickly became my favorite for many tasks, especially for meat. I realized the fillet knife is better for more delicate work (just as their website says). Both knives are sharp and well weighted for easy cutting and slicing.

Absolutely spectacular products!!! We ordered their carbon steel skillets set and were blown away by how incredibly well it was to work with them. I've cooked so many different things in them.

We just ordered the Dutch Oven, Braiser, Roasting Pan, carbon steel wok, and glass lids with silicon. We cannot wait for all of it to arrive!!!

They make wonderful products and their service is incredible.

I’ve bought misen for years, everything from pots, pans, knives, and Dutch ovens. All of their products are high quality and will last a lifetime if you take care of them. I recently had to contact customer service for some small damage to one of my knives I’ve had for 6 years, they approved the exchange and offered a new knife free of charge. Amazing customer experience, and very reticent to help. I’ll continue to buy misen, whether for myself or as gifts, because they are great products.

Tp begin with, I have been purchasing misen products since their inception on Kickstarter. I have purchased their knives (6 to date), scissors and both their non stick and stainless steel cookware. That is why when I purchase these items as gifts, I choose Misen.

I have bought countless misen gifts for myself, family and friends. The cooking tools are quite durable and especially love the fish spatula. It’s a favorite gift along with the cooking shears. I have purchased knives as well as stainless, carbon steel, non stick pans and Dutch ovens for my home and for gifts for my children and other members as they establish their households. Misen is my go-to “adulting” gift store. Love the quality and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been purchasing since they began in kickstarter years ago.

Very clear web site, easy to order the exact combination of pans I wanted, and reasonably fast delivery.

The Misen Carbon pan seemed very promising, but the policies and service of the company ruined everything. They refused to refund import duties, whereas in Denmark these can easily be reclaimed through the government. In addition, their return policy is opaque and confusing. I had to write them multiple times just to get a clear answer, and it took nearly a week for them to respond. This isn’t just inconvenient, it is a lack of respect towards customers outside the U.S. If you’re ordering internationally, expect extra costs, unclear terms, and slow support. A decent pan doesn’t make up for a company that doesn’t care about basic fairness. I won’t buy from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in Europe.

The site was well organized and it was easy to navigate to the things that I needed. In this instance it was a warranty claim followed by a an order for a replacement knife. All in all an easy straightforward flow.

Placed an order online for a sauce pan to be shipped to my son and accidentally put incorrect shipping address when order was placed. Sent them an email to get corrected and they took care of my mistake and made me a happy mom!!! Will be ordering from this company again just because of service provided before order ever received by son ❤️

Amazing customer service!

I am impressed by the way that Misen stands behind its products, making returns as easy as possible, with quick response times and simple ways of initiating a return. I have loved having and using a Misen Dutch oven for four years, but when the inside developed a chip recently, which made it unsafe to use, Misen quickly issued a refund. I wish all companies had Misen's level of customer service. In particular, Renn was amazingly attentive to my queries and offered help at every turn.

I had some technical difficulties with completing a purchase for a deep sale item and reached out to Renn and the good people at Misen. Renn went above and beyond to honor the price and made my Christmas shopping easy for my wife. We have many Misen pans. They compare well with so many of our best ones like Le Creuset, Tramontina, All Clad, etc.
