Found an outfit that was absolutely perfect. Sizing was great, quality was excellent & with quick shipping! I did have a small issue with the customs delay but after contacting Mishuu’s customer service, the delay was corrected & my order was delivered within a few days! This was a wonderful 1st experience and I cannot wait to order again from here!

*I measured myself, ordered accordingly and my outfit fit nicely with enough room to make minor alterations for my body! & if you wear Indian outfits often you know how important that is!

I ordered an elegant suit but before I did I had reached out to the team by what’s app to answer specific questions regarding the sizing and measurements and they assisted me within minutes . I was able to add notes to my purchase and they informed me they got the notes and communicated through the whole ordering to shipping process. I am so impressed by the excellent customer service and looking forward to ordering another outfit!

Bought a lovely outfit from Mishuuu online. The quality and fit was perfect. I live in UK and delivery was fast and packaged well. I had also bought a couple other outfit that didn't suit me so I decided to return. The after sale service was prompt and efficient. Emailed were replied to very quickly which was great. I will be coming back to buy again.

I bought this outfit for the peach colour - which is what it was described as. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a rose pink colour. Luckily it looks fine but they forgot to mention you need to be 6foot tall! Its ridiculous long and with a beautiful border so taking it up would be a tragedy. I just don't know what to do with it.....

This was my first time ordering from this site and the customer service was 10 out of 10.The outfit U purchase was very well made and fit like a glove. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

The item I bought looked a lot cheaper when it came and had no room for alterations if you need to make it a bit bigger. From the picture the item looked like it has better quality work when I got it there was some thick lace along the border. The dupatta also is small and not wide. They do not give a refund only offer 10% which is stupid they should provide a proper refund for the item. Definitely false advertising with the quality and photos. A full refund should be given not a store credit when the item is not as pictured. I would rather not a have a store credit when I do not want to purchase from this place again.

The delivery service was great and the outfit I got was exactly like the picture. I am very happy with my purchase and received multiple complements!

The sharara set looked beautiful and as pictured, but the size chart was off. I would have been a small according to the chart but I ordered a medium to be safe (I am a size 8 or M/L in US sizes). The medium was too tight in the shoulders. Also, the pants were too short (and I didn't see a length listed for these, but maybe I missed it). Lastly I don't love the return policy (having to pay for shipping), but I did understand that before purchasing. Overall their customer service was responsive.

I ordered a Sharara set for Mishuuu. I ordered it online. I added customization points under the note section which were addressed. I love the product and it turned out exactly how I wanted it.

The most amazing experience I could have asked for!

I’ve had far too many experiences where I explain my measurements because my proportions are a little unique, and it can be challenging to find something that fits properly. From the very beginning, the team never questioned me or made me feel difficult. Instead, they focused on finding a solution that worked for my body.

They adjusted the blouse, lengthened it to accommodate my longer torso, and kept me updated throughout the entire process with excellent communication. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure everything fit perfectly meant so much to me.

As someone who has struggled since I was young to find clothing that truly fits my body, this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. They have absolutely gained a lifelong customer. I couldn’t be happier, and I can’t recommend them enough!
