Great product!! Dries so quickly. Wasn’t sure how it would feel under feet but it’s perfectly fine. So much better than expected. Would recommend to anyone.

Bas packaging
Product is good so far, but packaging was not great. I ordered a towel whic came completely unprotected just on it's own in a carboard box. Felt like it had just been pulled from a pack and was tossed inside.
It could easily have got damages in the delivery journey and felt very unsanitary.

Worth it!!!
The Misona bamboo towel is so soft. I love it. Even after washing it stays so soft. What’s not to love about bamboo! Incredibly impressed with it and worth every penny! Beautiful.

Wonderful quality and customer service
Wonderful products overall. I had an issue with one out of two towels and customer service immediately rectified the situation. I would (and will) reorder from them, I'm very satisfied. Very quick and friendly customer service, and fast shipping to Canada.

Amazing alternative even though it requires sanding! The only downside we see is with the white slab which does accumulate flecks more but a good sanding removes them pretty eaisly

Great alternative to traditional bath mats that stay damp & get mouldy quickly, but does seem to lose absorbency over time. Though it might be that we didn't sand the top layer enough. I would love it if this was a circular company, whereby they offered free recycling of the mat at the end of its life and the old mats were repurposed somehow. But overall I'm happy with my purchase!

I brought the ribbed sage green bath sheets as a gift at Christmas 24 and was very impressed by the packaging, delivery and quality. They've been in use for several months (it's now August) and still look great
