Fantastic bling shoes and sandals, and good prices.

I didnt get to actually purchase anything as i was emailed after id paid for my order to say i couldnt have it

My last order was wrong 2 different shoes where sent.

These shoes were a lovely colour, reasonably priced and go perfect with the outfit for my 50th Birthday. They are also very comfortable. Quick delivery. Really pleased thank you 😊.

So disappointed that they closed their Dundee store but relieved to know that they have an online shop!
Absolutely delighted with the beautiful sandals I ordered and which came really quickly. Can't wait to wear them on my holiday in Crete in a couple of weeks.
Highly recommend Miss Diva if you love shoes that are just a wee bit different from the usual shoe shop.

Excellent service and quality really good value

The only reason i give it a four star is due to the fact the returns process was awkward. As when I printed the returns label to send the item back to the post office they said the label was not correct and did not accept the package. I had to phone customer service and they came and picked up the package from my home.

Order pair of shoes for my holiday came it was wrong size

wouldn’t advice buying from this company as i ordered my sandles in yellow they arrived in black wasn’t told they would be sent in different colour once i emailed them they said oh yea we ran out of yellow no apologies in the first place still waiting 10 days later for courier to swap my
shoes as i haven’t heard anything from the website so i have given up by now shop the sandles are nice but customer is terrible do not order if you need the shoes for special event as they are very slow at replying

Paid extra for 'express' delivery and the order took 5 days to arrive. Contacted customer service with still no response ... as the item arrived late and I needed them for a wedding - I'll be returning them shortly. Hoping the return process is hassle free!

Im still waiting on someone to get back to me, so I can return my order!
