I needed to cancel my order that I had just placed and I got the lovely Beryl🤗. Beryl was so sweet, kind, and very helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly and timely. Beryl is definitely a gem and I appreciate the help and the kindness❤️.

Delivery failure and poor quality
I paid 18 euros for next day delivery. After days I contacted the clientdesk for information, they gave different information every time. At the end my order seemed to be lost. They offered me to reorder the items, hoverwer they told me that not everything was still available. I told them that it was available on the website and they said the website does only do a stock update every 24h so the information on the website is 'wrong'. Since I did not believed this was true I ordered the items myself again on the website. Everything was delivered at the end.
Clothes were of very POOR quality so I had to return it again. I do not recommend this website at all.
