This loan company has to be the worst loan company I have ever worked with! From start first loan officer quit then some one else called kalvin never could get a hold of them! Then came the processor for there so called underwriting what a joke ! Nolan Ennis keep asking for same things over and over wanted my cpa to change a letter 3 times ! Then strung out this closing over a month a real piece of work that guy is! Then when closing came 180 pages of stupid un relevant stuff came in a PDF package. And as I stated to knowing that my wife was in Guatemala and cannot come back to the United States so all of this has to be notarized in Guatemala to minimize the seals on this closing statement because at the United States Embassy they charge $50 per stamp! He said no problem. We will do it as minimal as possible so when it comes, there’s 14 stamps on this piece of paper just for her not only for me also ridiculous so I told them can I use a US online notary with a flat fee that cost us $299 and he says no the company would not accept thisIt’s against her investors policies. Well, I need to have him inform their stupid investors. Let them go to another country and try to get stuff signed. Especially get an appointment at conscience nowadays with immigration issues and see how it would feel to try to close this Loan so we ended up signing our right to cancel. Do not go with this company. They are the worst in the world. They will waste your time . use someone else take this review seriously Mission Loans of ca should not be in business!!!

The whole process was very straightforward. I initially stated to work with Joel Leal and he was great help then I followed the process with Erika Servin. The both were very nice and easy to work with. I definitely recommend working with them.

From the time I inquired about a loan I received so so many texts from different lenders, but noone would respond in a timely manner but Sebastian Haane CALLED me not text me! And was very patient and detailed and explained very well what type of loan would work for me. He was very caring about my interests and concerns and not just about loaning me some money. He even stayed consistent when I wasn't haha!
Then came close to the end and I was being helped my Nolen Ennis, who was super helpful as well
When I had bumps in the road with stuff I knew nothing about or how to even fix them he was there. I would call and get a VM but he always returned my calls quick. The process was quick and I am highly satisfied with how everything turned out. I never really had to get a loan before and was clueless to alot but if I had to do this again I would really go with Mission Loans. I am impressed with the amount of professionalism and customer service this team had. Thank you Mission loans, Sebastian and Nolen.
