When I selected the shipping method during checkout, there was a clear note stating that the price was “incl. tax.” At no point during the ordering process were additional import duties or potential customs fees disclosed. This lack of transparency is extremely concerning.

I frequently order items from both the EU and the UK, and in those cases any import fees—or at the very least the possible range of such fees—are always clearly displayed before the order is finalized. This allows customers to make an informed decision before completing a purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this order.

My order’s tracking has shown “awaiting departure from origin country” for nearly a month, with no further updates. The customer service team is not helping at all.

I placed an order through this website and was later charged unexpected import taxes that were never disclosed during checkout. I carefully reviewed each step, and there was absolutely no indication of any tax, plus the shipping page clearly said “tax included.”

When I reached out for clarification, the company refused to take responsibility and declined to resolve the issue, even after I provided screenshots showing the misleading checkout process.

It’s extremely disappointing and feels deceptive. Customers deserve transparent pricing and clear communication before completing a purchase — not hidden charges and unhelpful responses afterward. I would not recommend buying from this site. Worst experience ever!

Nie polecam tego sklepu. Moja paczka zaginęła a sprzedający wyłudza pieniadze na kolejne raty. To oszuści którzy nie potrafią zadbać o dobre imię klienta i zadbać o klienta. Przykro mi to mowic ale ten sklep nie liczy sie z klientem. Od półtora miesiąca sprawa stoi i nie ruszyła a sprzedający chce pieniądze pomimo ze produktu nie mam w ręku. Nie polecam.

My granddaughter fell in love with a fleece and there was only one in her size and it was in Miss Lemonade in Poland !! Took a big punt and 5 days later beautifully packaged it arrived on my doorstep THANKYOU
Super company and excellent service

Absolutely the best customer service ever. I emailed customer service after placing my order to verify a correct shipping address. I received a response within a half hour on the weekend and then e-mail notifications all the way thru from order placed, in process, en route and how to track. Not to mention the fast delivery of amazing well packed products. Will definitely be placing more orders...

The worst company and customer service that I ever seen! Ordered 3 months ago and didn’t get nothing. The company doesn’t care and doesn’t give me my money back. BE AWARE!!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️
