I purchased four dresses so that I could try them for a special event. The same dress in two colours and two sizes.
The deliveries arrived in 7-10 days - in perfect condition but unfortunately they did not fit as the Miss Ord sizes don’t align with universal sizes.
As a result of this, I needed a refund.
I contacted them within the timeframe to explained that I needed a refund.
I followed their process to the letter, including sending photos of the packaged items for return.
Despite explicitly asking for guidance on how to get a refund - at no point was I advised as to how I would get a refund. Instead I was then offered the opportunity to choose 4 other dresses, y pay an additional $180 and then informed that I could keep the 4original dresses even though the fit wasn’t quite right.

I explained that I was a bit reluctant to effectively purchase 4 more dresses at a discount and risk ending up with 8 dresses that do not fit me.
Also, it seem to take 48-72 hours to get a response from them. All the while my special event was drawing closer and I still didn’t have a dress!
They were good enough to ask about the timeline for my event and I explained that by the time we had gotten to the third email (08/09/26) there was no way that they could get the dress to me in time for my event…so in the circumstances I felt that they ought to either give me the refund or send the 4 dresses as compensation for their exceptionally poor customer service and all the inconvience.
They need to acknowledge the fact that they their customer service is ridiculously slow and that accountability and compensation was appropriate.
Their sizing is wildly inaccurate and is a key contributor to customer dissatisfaction.
Facts:
This company is totally reluctant to give refunds- and this is totally unacceptable as it this is a breach of trading standards and consumer rights.
From reading other reviews - they are allegedly asking huge amounts (30%deductions!!) to return items - hence the offer to invite me to purchase more dresses!!!
This company is not pragmatic or efficient enough to find a resolution that recompenses their customer for the inconvience of their spectacular shortcomings and

I wrote my initial request for a refund on the 2nd Sept. By the 8th, with the snails pace responses - it was clear that there was no way they could get any dresses to me in time for my event…
I was prepared to be solition focused - but the slow response, poor problem solving and complete lack of respect for their customers - means that I really couldn’t recommend them to anyone.

To date (15/9/26) - I haven’t had any further responses from the customer service since 8th Sept…so
I have sent two further emails have been sent querying the delay - but not even an acknowledgement.
Imagine paying $380 to be messed around and ignored… it is totally unacceptable.
Run. Avoid. Delete.

Dresses are true to size and beautifully made.

Good quality but I ordered two dresses for 2 different women and your sizing chart is way off on both causing expensive alterations which should’ve only been minor.

Couldn’t find anywhere on how soon I will get my order

We ordered my prom dress online bc I struggle to find plus size clothes I like. Found a beautiful sequined floral velvet dress. Ordered and received the tracking number. Everytime I would go on 17track to see, it just said "on its way with no shipping or delivery indications. It arrived with no damage and was exactly what I ordered and in the size I ordered. It took just a few days longer than the expected shipping time but it got here in plenty time for putting together the rest of the outfit.

I returned a dress to Missord because the fabric was too itchy. I had to spend $32.05 to send it back to their company. That was August 1st 2025. In return they sent the dress back to my address which I received today February 17th 2026. With no explanation. I still don't want the dress.

The purple sequin dress is beautiful and very well made. I suggest definitely size up due to the band on the waist.
Received in a timely manner. I will buy again!

MISSORD61034 i ordered a dress for an occassion, first of all after paying they said they were out of stock we had back n forth finding a replacement coz i knew i would not get a refund. I had to pay more coz the option which they said was available was nore costly. That dress hasnt arrived but they sent an untrackable FEDEX reference with proof of delivery being a picrure of a place which is nothing like my house, no signature, link leads to nowhere, no response from emails to them terrible experience i ordered a dress, matching coat and evening bag for $232.57 which seems to have gone down the drain still fighting them. BASICALLY THEY'RE SCAMMERS. The tracking is fake designed to apartion blame elsewhere

I didn't get my delivery because it was tagged as FRAUD, I'M WAITING FOR MISSORD TO RESPOND TO THE UPS WHO HAS THE PACKAGE !!!

This is the third dress I’ve purchased here for an awards gala, and they have all exceeded expectations. Dresses are a great value and true to size. Shipping is fast and reliable. Highly recommend.

Request for Return Address and Clarification on Refund Policy
Dear Customer Service Team,
I previously reached out requesting a return address to post back the items I purchased, but I have not yet received a response. I would appreciate it if a member of your team could provide me with the correct return address as soon as possible.

I am also concerned about your refund policy. It is unclear to me why a customer who orders an item that does not fit would not be allowed to return it for a full refund. In particular, I would like clarification on the policy that only reimburses 30% of the purchase amount. For example, I paid $120 for my order, when I requested to return the item, I received an email proposing me a 30% refund for, which does not seem reasonable or fair.

Could you kindly confirm your return process and explain this refund policy in detail? I would appreciate a prompt response so this matter can be resolved.

Je suis déçus de miss ord car les robes sont relativement cher j'en ai acheter deux et une après réception, qui me convenait pas (différente de la photo)

Celle ci ne m'a jamais était remboursée, après plusieurs email en respectant la politique de remboursement, comme indiqué sur le site .
Jamais de réponse de leurs part et aucun remboursement en ce jour .
